hard time sleeping because of penile neurapathy

does anyone have penile neuropathy? I'm having a hard time sleeping because my penis is numb. i can't feel the right underside of my corpus Cavernosum.
I have insomnia because of this. anyone have this issue of have fixed it?

Try Alpha Lipoic Acid and ALCAR, they are your best bet. They really helped my neuropathy. Other than that exercise and eat very clean. I fasted for a week on only carrot juice and my neuropathy in my hands feet and penis got much better. Neuropathy is awful since there's no good "cure," but those supplements may help restore your nerve function along with rigorous blood sugar control, a blood test does not accurately show if you have blood sugar issues in my opinion. Stay away from alcohol as well.

I know how painful this is, I can't sleep from it either and it really hurts me.
