It's 6 months since I had the Egydio surgery with Dr Kuehhas in London so I thought I would update on the outcome so far.

- Loss of length. Pre-peyronies I was 18cm in erect length and as a result of peyronies length loses before surgery I was down to 14cms. 6 months on from Egydio procedure and I'm 14cm Erect. I continue to do manual and device stretching.

- Appearence. The upwards bend has been reduced slightly from about 60 to 30 degrees when erect. The left bend has been fixed. I still have large hourglassing / dents in both sides of the penis just as before surgery. Flaccid penis is fine just a bit shorter than before.

- Strength. Strength of the penis isn't good. The blood flows correctly to the base  and bottom 1/3 but doesn't flow / inflate after the graft where the hourglassing occurs. Even with 50g cialis the top of the penis is still soft but the bottom is hard. This makes the top half of the penis bend and makes intercourse really tough, sometimes impossible.

I'm continuing with the manual / device stretching and taking Cialis daily. I haven't seen any improvements in about 3 months. I'm not overly pleased with the results at this stage but the Dr says full recovery can take up to a year.

I'll update at the one year stage. Fingers crossed there has been improvements. Feel free to message me if you have any questions. Would be keen to also hear from anyone who has had similar issues after this type of surgery.

Luis;

I'm sorry to hear of your continuing problems. Have you spoken to Franklin about these problems?  If so, what is his response?

I had a curvature as bad as yours and probably worse. I'm completely straight after my surgery. I do have a very small indentation left on one side, but it's hardly noticeable.

I would certainly recommend trying VED. This should help with both etection quality and with the indentations.

Yes, full recovery time is greatly underestimated. I'm at 15 months now and still not 100%. But I'd say at least 90%

Luis did you altready suffer from some degree of ED before surgery? We should all keep in mind that surgery means making scars and scarring is the worst enemy of erections.
31 yrs old
Severe congenital curvature. 3 straightening surgeries
Big lump/stitch w/ left deviation after 2012 surgery
Severe ED after last one in 2014. Still crooked
Slightly improved w/ shockwave therapy
Looks like only one side of my penis works

Hey Luis, it's been a while and I really hope your condition is better. I also debated between the Egydio or plication surgery. Chose the latter over fear of impotence and residual curvature due to graft contraction. I am happy I made that choice.
Successful plication surgery by Dr Peter Stahl Dec 2018. Peyronies since Feb 2007. Tried Pentox, Propolis, L-Arginine, Xiaflex (10 shots), PRP Shot, VED & Traction with no significant improvement.
