Doing stretches on the other body parts that are connected to the penile area?

Hi, I don't know exactly where to put this question, but I guess here is most appropriate.

So I've been dealing with sports injuries for the past 4 years. It's something that's very very troubling and difficult for me, but anyway, at the end of the day, people will always recommend that you do certain stretching/exercises to the parts affected, and they give you pages found in a book called the Sports Patient Medicine Advisor or something like that. For what it's worth, I think it's a very slow process in healing, but it does work.

I thought after doing these exercises for a while if I could apply the same techniques in healing sports injuries, to my Peyronie's penis. Worth a shot I guess. Except that the Sports Patient Medicine Advisor doesn't tell you what body parts to stretch if you have Peyronie's (and even if they did, I don't think they'd recommend you stretch your penis).

Anyway, one way around this, I thought, is to look up the body parts surrounding the penis that /are/ available to stretch for. So far I've found pages on the groin area, the pelvis, and the hips, which are all close to the penis. I haven't heard from any urologist or webpage online about this technique being applied to cure Peyronie's, except for one page that I found on this very website which was discussing stretching the pelvis area I think, to provide blood and to stretch out the affected area.

Does anyone else think this might be something that might help provide bloodflow to the plaqued areas on the penis, and eventually remove the Peyronie's disease? Or what do people think? Far fetched?

rodolfodelatorre, i do body weight squats along with also a kettle bell sometimes, nothing too strenuous you understand but it helps with circulation to the groin area IMHO  :)
Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.

Hi,

İ ve started going to a physiotherapist and fascia therapist 8 months ago.
İ can confidently say that exercises, stretches she gave me for my whole body made huge difference.

İ have a tight pelvic floor.

neck stretches for example release my pelvic floor, the bladder, and my penis is immediately better.

The alignement of the body is so important and is responsible (have a role) of many health problems. More than we think.

So i really encourage to see a good physioterapist and have a good alignement...

I have seen kegel exercises for the pelvic floor. Supposed to increase blood flow to the penis among other things
5 Rounds of Xiaflex. Good results.
