This is just my opinion.......

The shape of your curve (being smooth and gradual) I would say presents more closely to be a congenital curve, and not Peyronies.

The fact it is a downward curve is a bit more problematic. Meaning if your curve was upward, it would be easier to deal with or have intercourse with. Downward curves are more challenging.
