Hi, I (49) got peyronie's with a plaque directly after the penis head resulting in a 30% upward deviation.
Being (very much) a 'grower' vs shower, when flacid there's no deformation or pain.
I am wondering if stretching with PF in a straight way would do a lot about the deviation ?
In my mind think I would need to bend/strech down, not upwards left/right, in order to correct the issue.
Any ideas ?

Traction is one of the things we recommend here and certainly  seems reasonable.

Straight traction should be fine. Some folks doing manual stretching may say they stretch against the bend. However, whatever way you do it you are really just  elongating and potentially breaking down the more rigid scar tissue/collagen build up so that it does not deform the penis when the the surrounding non-rigid tissue swells during an erection. This is what is known as "remodeling".  It's literally like blowing up a long balloon where one part is rigid, the bend occurs where it is rigid.
