I am at 29 now..i have Congenital penile curvature about 45 degree...it was there since when i looked at my penis.i don't aware that it was a deformity..i went for a marriage..oooh..there starts my scary life..
having an intercourse was too tough..it was too painful for her...and for me what i say i was scared...i can't look at her face because of regrets...i searched about this condition in internet..then i came to know that it is peyronies!!!

i was depressed a lot ..i decided let that girl free..i gave her divorce with all the compensation she needed...
but my family still forcing me for another marriage...what i will say to them..i had a bent penis!!!! i don't want to spoil another girls life..
my dick is about 15 cm long and there is a black shady scare at the bottem towads which it bended.but no any thick deposit i can felt.in my case i had erection..but i think due to tension i had premetuar ejaculation..i started masterbetion since teenage..and repatedly doing it with in 2or 3 days(it may be the cause of this F^@$!ng disease)
now for the moment i decided if i am going for another marriage i have to prove my self before that .i researched a lot..finaly mailed to Dr osama  shaheer with photos of my condition..he explained me every thing neatly..i had two options.one wih bit of shortening other corporal rotaion wih out shortening..
there is  a huge difference in surgical cost..though the later is expensive i decided to go for corporal rotation...
can any one  explain me about their experience about this surgery..is my choice is GOOD OR BAD :-\

It's a seemingly effective surgical treatment for ventral congenital curvature.

As with all surgery to the penis, much depends on the skill of the surgeon. I would therefore question your proposed surgeon as to how many of these operations he has successfully performed. Ask for any evidence he has of patient satisfaction.

You only have one dick. Be very careful who you let near it with a scalpel?

The technique itself looks sound enough though.

Agony...

If you couldn't look her in the face, you have some serious inner work to do. I know how hard it can be, but it is not your penis or sexual ability that dictates the way you interact with a woman. Be honest, tell a woman about it and let her know how it makes you feel. Tell her how it hurt you, but how you're committed to beating this, through healthy practice and some day surgery.

Do NOT hide your Peyronie's. I told girls about my Peyronie's as an opener, and I told my wife early on and made sure it was a positive thing. You have to be liable for owning your faults, this is what "turns on" a woman.

Having flaws allows you to establish honest signals, essentially allowing you to pass your own test, before she can test you or before a different life event does.

Muscular, fit, or rich men are actually at a disadvantage, since their ability to pass tests has not yet been proven. Now as odd as it sounds, an overweight man who is confident despite his flaw, that is what turns a woman on. If you don't believe this, start researching success with women, and look at just how much rich men or attractive men fail. They fail with women just as much as other men do if not MORE. Reversely, having a perfect body and not being able to smile and laugh with a beautiful woman, THAT turns a woman OFF. They are disgusted by that.

Embrace your issue. The real issue I see now is that you are pressured into another marriage, when the reality is that you need to learn success with women through dating. I highly recommend you go out and socialize with women, and try telling them or other guys about your issue. Tell them with confidence and with a light heart.

There are good surgeries out there, but research the HELL OUT OF IT before doing it.

Agony,

First hello and welcome to the forum, I want to say that NeoV has made some VERY good point that I completely agree with.

"Do NOT hide your Peyronie's."- True

"having a perfect body and not being able to smile and laugh with a beautiful woman, THAT turns a woman OFF. They are disgusted by that." - VERY True

I am a bit confused by your post though if you can explain some things to me. You started your post saying that you have a congenital curve, this means you were born with it. is that an accurate statement?

You went on to say that you then did research online and came to know that it was Peyronies and the only communication that you have had is online with a physician, you have not had an actual diagnosis of Peyronies, working in the medical field I can tell you that while the internet is a great resource for information, it can also be a persons worst enemy.

I would certainly not make any decision about treatment without seeing a specialist in person first. Surgery is always a last option and if that is your chosen course of treatment make sure that you are doing it for the correct diagnosis AND with a qualified physician not by someone you have only talked through email to.

it will cause narrowing due to the nature of the suturing - watch the videos. was considering this too

whether that is acceptable is up to you.

Hello...I'm a 23 year old Physician from Jordan....I did the corporal rotation surgery 1 year ago In Egypt done for me by doctor kamal shaeer for a severe ventral penile curvature of aroun 50-60 degrees angel.
my diagnosis was congenital penile curvature and not peyronies disease, and they're different in terms of presentation, longterm prognosis.
Congenital penile curvature presents in an age such as mine where the patient reports he has it since he can remember...and it doesn't cause painful erections. peyronie's disease presents later on with 3 phases one of them is the painful phase ,,,that if you pass through it you'll definitely remember it...then the penis starts to bend in the direction of the fibrous scar tissue.

Back to my experience....as everybody notes I've never thought there's something wrong with my penis until I read about peyronie's disease in medical school....that's the time where I was shocked by the fact that I have an abnormality....so I searched it up and diagnosed myself with congenital downward penile curvature....I went to urologist here in Jordan and he told me that it's impossible to get an intercourse with such an angle!! .....here comes the depression....I know every person reading knows how painful is this....so I started to read about the available options for surgery....and found out the corporal rotation crap....so I went to Egypt and did the surgery....the physician is very experienced but the surgery was very owful for me.....the angle was completely corrected but there are so many disgusting problems with the surgery...including the penile narrowing at the base of the shaft of the penis, and there are so many sutures in my penis that i'm not comfortable with....so definitely don't do this surgery....and it's not a surgery with no shortening ...it just causes less shortening than Nesbit procedure.

But here comes the good news for you but not for me,,,,Nesbit procedure is perfect .....and it has a very high success rate in the literature....the only complication noted is a very mild shortening in the penis that's usually less than 1 cm and it's totally okay, never worry about everything else .....the surgery is like magic trust me...it will completely cure your congenital penile curvature like it has never been. but don't do the corporal rotation surgery, I recommend you do Nesbit procedure by shaeer himself or any other experienced doctor in you home country ....And about the 6 weeks of abstinence from intercourse and masturbation post-op ....make sure you follow this rule...otherwise you'll ruin everything.

i'm really stuck now and don't know what to do......I have a suture foreign body granuloma in my penis as a complication of the surgery that I don' know what to do with it!! I want for this to end ...and I wish to get back in time to change my decision....
