Long Term Complications of Grafting Surgeries

Dear forum members,

As some of you might know, I had 2 surgeries so far to correct my severe congenital curvature of 90 degrees. The first one was a grafting surgery that I had in November 2015 and it failed (residual curvature and development of scar tissue). The second one (performed by Dr Kuehhas in April 2016) was a success and it made my penis straight and normal-looking. Since May, I have been using VED and the Phallosan on a regular basis and I gained the lost length and girth.

Now, I am happy with the results of the second surgery and my penis is 100% straight but I still haven't attempted intercourse yet. I will be seeing my girlfriend in 10 days and that's when it will happen. However, the first surgery still haunts me.

I can get spontaneous erections during the day (even without any mental or physical stimulation) and semi morning erections but since I didn't have intercourse yet, I still haven't seen a hard on / rigid erection yet. I know that I overthink and stress a lot about everything related to sex and my penis, and whenever I start getting an erection my heart starts beating and I lose it. I am fully aware that anxiety and adrenaline kill erections. But I am also afraid and scared that the first grafting surgery might have any negative effect on rigidity?

I spoke to Dr Kuehhas several times about this and he keeps assuring me that it's all in my head and this is just me overthinking and building artificial stress that kills my erections. He ruled out any venous leakage or testoserone issues after doing the blood test and ultrasound (right before the second surgery). The two surgeries (especially the 1st one) created some sort of psychological trauma that still affects me today. Add to this the fact that I am a 25-year old virgin and I am not used to sex, sexuality or even a straight penis. To overcome this, Dr Kuehhas recommends taking some Cialis for the 1st few times to get rid of these anxieties.

It's studies likes this (Five-Year Follow-Up of Peyronie's Graft Surgery: Outcomes and Patient Satisfaction - Chung - 2010 - The Journal of Sexual Medicine - Wiley Online Library) and this (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18387398) that make me worry about the long term ED complication of my first surgery.

Other members who had a grafting surgery a long time ago? What do you guys think? Am I overthinking it? Will I be a victim of the on-set ED of my 1st surgery? I'm only 25 and I still haven't enjoyed sex or sexuality yet... I hope that this is not the end for me.

Thank you

I had no surgery but struggling with this disease for 8 years, also with severe ED.
I want to propose that you will listen to Dr. Kuehhas. He is an excellent doctor and you should listen to him.
Take in consideration that first time sex, at any age, with any new partner is not perfect in most cases.
So take it easy.
You should talk with your girlfriend and pass this point together.

I've had, and am still having some problems. Erections are no problem, maintaining it can be, at times.

I think Dr Kuehhas underestimates the time it takes to fully recover from this type off surgery.

I'm improving, but it's slowly.

I should add that, given my age - I'm 67, it's difficult to know how much that affects my problem. I'm as fit as anybody my age you will find, but even so....

I'll let you know how it goes.
