Hi,

I am 22 years old and injured myself during masturbation 3 1/2 years ago. I experienced pain for the following 2 years and avoided masturbation to let it heal. I held off on seeking treatment thinking that I would wait for the pain to go away. I experimented with traction without success about a year or so after the injury.

I would occasionally masturbate when the pain had subsided. The pain would come back and I would be hands free again for other month. I didn't masturbate for 8-9 months, from April 2015 to December. I was then masturbating gently on occasion and found that I had no discomfort. I went on a yoga development course from January - June 2016 and was hands free to direct my energy towards the practice. After leaving the retreat I felt like a kid in a candy shop (lots of sensory pleasures) and started to masturbate again almost every day. My penis was doing really well and I experienced no pain. Not being in a position to be in a relationship and feeling lustful, I started to get a little aggressive again and over time, the pain started to come back. Currently I have been hands free again for 1 1/2 months and am experiencing a throbbing ache, though It has subsided.

I haven't spoke about it thinking that I could handle it on my own and have been disappointed from what I have read on the Internet in regards to my options. I have heard that Urologists specializing in Peyronies are few and far between and me being in Canada, would have to wait at the least, 8 months.

I am 99% sure I have peyronies from the research I have done. I have a slight curve to the left now and the hour glass thing going on when flacid and more so when I have to take a piss.

I want to see a specialist, get a diagnosis and start some treatment. I would appreciate any recommendations on urologists in Ontario. I am also willing to spend some coin and see a specialist in the States if it would be worth it.

After all said and done, I would not change a thing. This has made me a stronger person because of it and has lead me down a path that I would not have walked otherwise. It is important for me to see that I can make something out of anything.  It takes a warrior to rise up from something as devastating as this condition and move forward with ones head held high. Viktor E. Frankl argues in his book Mans Search for Meaning that "we cannot avoid suffering but we can chose how to cope with it, find meaning in it, and move forward." "In some way, suffering ceases to be suffering at the moment it finds a meaning, such as the meaning of a sacrifice." To the men suffering from this condition, I hope that you can find meaning and put and end to your suffering. "Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way." - Viktor E. Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning. (A great read by the way. ;))

In the Light,

I have not experimented with VED yet. That will be my next step after letting Lin (penis in Hindu) rest awhile. A little skeptical about using Pentox and I would probably have a hard time getting a prescription.

Hey bud. Sorry to hear about how things are going. Look up VED regimine. May help you make a decision.

Hey Kyle,

There are three urologists in Ontario that deal with Peyronie's.

1) Ottawa  Dr. Anthony Bella
2) Toronto  Dr. Ethan Grober
3) London  Dr. Gerald Brock

I suspect all will prescribe Pentox for starters with traction, but in the meantime take a copy of the positive studies on Pentox to your family doctor and see if he or she will write give you a script.

im 24 now and been dealing with this injury for 7 years.

I went through a lot of depression and had a lot of lust and never spoke about my injury or reached out. As a result, i didnt let it heal and kept using it at first. I went almost 8 months hand free and the pain came back quick when i started to masturbate again.

finally last year the pain went away completely for the first time since the injury. I thought it was behind me. I only have a 10 degree bend at most.

recently I met someone and we started having sex. at somepoint during the first 2 weeks, i got excited and carless. i did something that irritated it and the pain is back. she went to visit family 2 weeks ago. my penis has been resting and the pain is still there. im meeting her next week and we are supposed to travel together. Im going to be tempted to have sex. I think I should rest. feeling hopeless and lost. its been 7 F@#&ing years and its back. this is my first relationship and I dont this to ruin it.

the pain gets to a 4 or 5 at some points. its a deep aching throbbing pain that goes deep down to my pelvis. it can be a little uncomfortable while being used but the pain always comes after while flaccid.

I saw a urologist after the pain went away last December(had booked it months before while it still hurt). he said he would perscribe me whatever I wanted like pentox. if the pain was still there he would have given me steroid injections.

I could use some guidance

Why dont you start using heat therapy
For example (heat in a click)  this can make
The pain go away Apply heat in click to penile
For aslong as u can or us a sock and put iT in
The heat in click and ADD iT to ur penile
The heat should not to be hot or to cause
Its intended for skin use

Pentox often reduces pain.  Also, you may try ibuprofen and/or diclofenac sodium gel (Rx).  I'd consider also adding VED or traction if you're willing to prevent possible further progression given new acute phase.
PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.
Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.

Also going commando helped my pain a lot. No clue why.

Let your penis hang free without restriction. It is bothersome for a day. Then it actually gets better. Also sleep naked. No underwear.
Snake Diet + 5-day fasts + pentox + NeoV's stretching routine + Mito Red Light. Curvature 99% gone.

I also used Todd Capistrant's "Fascial Distortion Model" to help my curvature. Start slowly.
