Is this venous leakage??

I'm a bit confused by something I've noticed

I have been going through this peyronies thing since feb... so 9 months. The curvature to the left has seemed to stay the same in recent months but now as well as the plaque on the left I have a plaque a bit higher on the right leaving a ridge or wasting.. visible when flacid. Length seems to be the same

I have recently been involved with a woman for a month. After finally getting around to facing up to her and telling her my issues we have been having sex. This took a lot of courage for me.. but she really helped make it easy for me

We were careful. I explained why I needed this.

So, the confusion I have is that when I am fully aroused and have a full erection (but still bent to the left about 25% I think), I find it impossible to penetrate without using my hands to get myself inside her. The head of my penis isn't firm enough. IT is large enough and seems fully erect but is not hard. I can squeeze it easily between my fingers. If I push it against something it squashes and the top easily bends towards my body. I can feel that the shaft of my penis beneath is still erect, so once I'm in it seems to be ok and we can have very fullfilling sex.

IT is only possible for me to penetrate if she is very wet and we help me in.

Is this likely to venous leakage? I saw my urologist the other day and he seemed not to know what was happening. I'm losing faith in him.

He has asked my GP to prescribe me ciallis if he will, otherwise viagra to get the blood flowing. But I'm not convinced. IT appears that blood IS flowing, its just that the tissue in the head of my penis is not getting hard enough.

I have not had sensation in the head of my penis for quite a few years and I think it has been softer than it should have been too... but now it is bent, which makes it seem much much worse. Maybe it has gotten worse too

Anyone got any ideas?

What you have described is some level of ED. But don't jump to the conclusion that it is venous leakage. There are many factors that can cause ED and would highly encourage you to talk to your doctor about this.

Perspex

ok, thanks

I'm waiting for my prescription now

I did explain it to my urologist and he seemed to be pretty unsure of what it could be and so precribed me the ciallis.. or viagra if my GP wont let me have that. Not much more I can say. I did tell my doc

He keeps on implying that I just need to keep having erections as much as possible and try to "burn out'" the peyronies. He didnt know why just the head would be inflated but not firm like this.

Perspex

well. It looks like th elist of things is increasing

Apparently it seems I have corporal Fibrosis. I dont now if this may cause the issue I explain here.

For fecks sake!

Corporal fibrosis?  Is that an official diagnosis?  From the same Urologist?

If it's correct, it will depend on the extent of it as to whether it's manageable or not. Mild cases can often be overcome with PDE5 inhibitors, like Cialis.

Perspex

thanks jonbinspain

Yes. He failed to mention it in the consultation at all. It was only when I received a copy of the letter he sent my GP that I read that he believes I have may have fibrosis and asked for me to be prescribed Cialis

NHS won't pay. So if I want it it's £55 a month and currently I have no job. I think I'll get it.

What sort of info is there about it working? And if I'm fortunate enough that it does, how long are we talking. I think I'm prescribed a small daily does - 5mg (i think).

Am I going to be looking at paying £55 a month forever more?

Does it reverse the effects or just stop spreading?

Hi Perspex,

I also suffer from soft glans. Bizarrely, my glans engorge sufficiently during a semi erection but once the stem is rigid enough for penetrative sex my glans noticeably deflate. I've yet to find out why this is, although it seems quite common. VED therapy, cialis and pentox have helped somewhat.

If you can get an erection good enough for penetrative sex without assistance from drugs or VED then cliais will most likely work wonders. Unfortunately, unless you have a very 'obvious' and well documented explanation for your ED (such as diabetes) then the NHS won't pay. I also face the prospect of a lifetime of paying for PDE5 inhibitors. This year I plan to begin buying from river pharmacy, assuming customs will let Cialis through.

Your urologist might not know everything, but I agree that keeping the blood flowing is crucial to a healthy penis, so stick with the cialis if you can afford it. Believe it or not, not all urologists, even penis specialists, fully appreciate the need for good flow to maintain a healthy penis.

Good luck

Peety
