I know this topic is probably overed somewhere, but I'm new here and am overwhelmed by all of the information and posts. I wanted to post a list of what I'm taking and get opinions. Here we go; Saw Palmetto 160 mg, Garlic Oil 1500 mg, Vitamin E 100 iu B-Complex 75, Zinc 50 mg, CoQ-10 100 mg, Collagen Type 2 500 mg, L-Arginine / L-Citrulline 1000 mg, Horny Goat Weed 1200 mg, Topical Vitamin E 400 iu, DMSO 70%, Vitamin C 500 mg, Copper 2 mg, L-Carnitine 2000 mg, Depo Testoterone 200 mg injection, DHEA Cream 30 mg, Black Bottle Penile Cream Alprostadil 500 mcg Transurethral (for ED during sex). I do gentle penile stretching exercises. I also take meds for high blood pressure, cholesterol and deal with chronic pain. I am 57 and some days feel 100. I have done exhastive research and have come up with this list of things to take. It is in flux as I add or delete things based on how I feel certain things are working. Thank you for any and all opinions. I am planning to post a couple pics of my deformity when practical. I am supposed to see a Peyronies Disease specialist in the next month or so.

Hi Mischa, That is quite a list of supplements!

I used to take loads of different supplements but have reduced my list considerably as you get to a point when you don't know what works and what doesn't with peyronie's.

Serrapeptase is a proteolytic enzyme, it is a powerful anti-inflammatory and will help with pain, When this enzyme is isolated and coated in the form of a tablet, it has been shown to act as an anti-inflammatory and a pain-blocker, much like aspirin, ibuprofen and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)
It is best taken away from food.

Magnesium Chloride.
Ionic Magnesium, I take it with Fulvic Acid and is made by Good State. Magnesium is a muscle and joint relaxant and I recommend it. I am also taking Ionic minerals as it is much easier on the body than tablets.

Turmeric has also been reported favourably for its anti-inflammatory properties, it is the Curcumin in it that reduces joint pain. Take it with Black Pepper and oil (Olive or Avocado oil is recommmended)

Cholesterol, highly recommend Omega 3 fish oils.
Omega-3s block inflammatory cytokines and prostaglandins, and are converted by the body into powerful anti-inflammatory chemicals called resolvins. EPA and DHA have been extensively studied for RA and dozens of other inflammatory conditions.

Bromelain is another anti-inflammatory.
Bromelain is also a digestive aid (it helps break down protein). When taken with food, there is always the possibility that some of bromelain's activity will be lost through the digestion of food. Therefore, to get the maximum benefit from bromelain it should be taken on an empty stomach.
Bromelain is a very safe substance generally, but can thin the blood. For this reason, it needs to be taken with care if you are on any blood-thinning medication such as aspirin or warfarin.

I presume you have low Testosterone if you are taking injections of it, presume that has been prescribed by your Doctor?

You may wish to give your Liver a break from supplements by taking Milk thistle and Burdock root drops I use both of these 2-3 times a month.

I realize that the above just adds more to your list, please take care and do research before introducing any of the above as I am no Doctor  :)

Let me know of any particular supplement/s have particularly benefited you  :) :)
Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.

Thanks for the advice. I did just start Bromelain and my Dr prescribed the Testosterone.  I am trying things out to see what works.  Stated DMSO and Absorbed Jr. so well see.
