Bentpole

Greetings folks - I'm around 30 years old and am new to the forum. I have had quite the painful peyronies journey starting from when I was around 13 years old. I have questions that have gone unanswered from urologists, and wanted to introduce myself and get some support.

When I was 13, as a curious man, I wanted to see how far my penis would bend. So I braced it against a finger and bent it to one side, and all of a sudden, I heard a pop. Freaked out, stopped what I was doing, and never went to get medical treatment because I was embarrassed and didn't know that I should. Sadly, it was such a bigger mistake than I could have imagined.

Cut to now, my penis has a very slight curve and hour glass looking indent on the left side. I don't have great erection quality and have trouble achieving them at will, and am concerned the damaged tissue either hindered or stunted my penile growth through puberty.  (Actually curious about this, not that there's much to be done.) I generally have penile pain on the left side, especially if I try to stretch it. Additionally, I have always dealt with premature ejaculation. If I'm receiving oral or masturbating, it can take a while, but sex is so very fast. My erections generally feel "held back" never fully raging, and incredibly sensitive, so it's disappointing.

I have used cialis as an aid, and it worked quite well, minus the cardiovascular strain. I have a VED pump, but it hasn't proven to be very effective or easy for me. I'm considering traction.

I've been to a urologist, who prescribed the cialis, and we did a Doppler test to look for leakage and test erectile strength. Seemed to be no leakage. Did identify a plaque, but they really didn't discuss many options with me. I felt pretty bummed when I left.

I want to know what did I damage, where to start, know if it's too late to start being almost 15 years ago, and what can be done. Thanks Friends!

It's never too late to combat this disease and get improvement! Traction is seriously effective, as well as VED therapy. Research which devices look the best to you, or just use your hands as I do. Be careful of course. Traction by hand smoothed out my curve, got rid of my hourglass, and basically "cured" me.

Unfortunately even if I tell you to see a specialist, it may or may not lead to anything. Yes you could try injections of some kind or Xiaflex, but I personally avoid anything that invasive. Look into what supplements may help learn what you can. I'll be 30 in a month by the way.

Sounds like you may have experienced a penile fracture. This could be the source of your problems and I don't know how reversible the damage is. Did you share this with your uro when you were there??
