Hello people,
Today I had a doppler ultrasound in flaccid state. Since the pain and irregularities in my penis have become worse over time and I've had significant pain in my penis since the age of 17 I expected that maybe my urologist would finally see something is wrong with my penis.

Unfortunately, I still have pain symptoms, dents and loss of size and sensation, but the ultrasound is still negative. A few years ago the urologist could feel some scar tissue, but said it wasn't significant. How is this possible??

I maybe tend to focus too much on the size and function of my penis, but it's not like I'm delusional. Girls tell me my penis is small all the time and I'm not blind, I know this. I also know and feel that the shape of my penis bas became irregular and I just don't have the same dick as I had before all this nonsense..

Why is my urologist unable to detect the damage? It worried me because it makes them think I'm just overly concerned and have penile dysmorphia, but I really really know it's not all in ny head.

What should I do? Anybody who has the same experience as me? It's not like I expect anybody to be able to really help me regain size and function as there simply isn't a lot available for treating the issue, but I would really want to know WHY urologists can't see anything even though my I had pain andprogression of the symptoms for years now.

I just feel like I'm not being taken seriously and it annoys me a lot... anybody in the same boat or able to explain to me how this could be?

Hi
the ultrasound is the more widely available examination but is not very accurate.
