Hi All,

Please excuse this if it is a redundant post from others here.

I am headed to the uro shortly and believe it's likely I will receive Pentox. It is listed on the clinic's database as one of their treatments for Peyronies Disease.

I have heard much reference to the "PAV Cocktail." I am already taking the over the counter part, and will likely get Pentox, so sounds like I should also inquire about Viagra or Cialis? I do not have ED.

It sort of sounds like the point of the ED drugs is to promote bloodflow for 24 hours (rather than fighting ED), which leads to penile  health. Am I right? Or is the ED drug part of the cocktail something I don't need to worry about?

Thanks in advance.

This is an emotionally destructive condition, we all have it, let's be nice to each other.

As Skunkworks wrote, Cialis, not Viagra is the way to go.
If you don't have ED, 2.5 mg daily should be OK.
You can cut a 10 mg pill in four, will reduce the treatment cost

My Andrologist would tell you, always Cialis.

Viagra -Sildenafil  does not stay active in the body anywhere near as long as Cialis - tadalafil.

Viagra is for sex sometime in the near future after taking it.

For that reason, as you say, it's what's recommended for Peyronies.
