Burning while urinating?

Does anyone else experience burning when peeing or climaxing often when having a bad case of hourglassing?

I don't have a burning, but have a slight constriction which makes urination take much longer than it ought to, and I have sprayed somewhat ever since my physical injury in 1981 (except for a brief...few months...reprieve after a skilled catheterization for a surgery in 1990).  Ejaculation while "fully" erect is a bit painful as well.  Issues beyond the spraying and constriction didn't appear until about three years ago, so the scarring which causes spraying is at least somewhat unrelated to the Peyronies Disease condition in general.

Well I've noticed a stinging or stabbing pain every time I ejaculate, I don't if it's the scar tissue or just an infection. I'm worried I've might of damaged something.
