Congenital curve and fascia pinching?

Hey guys... I'm creating this topic because I got confused at my last uro check-up.

So I always had a slight curve to the left to my penis. 6 months ago I got a bigger bend about 2/3's from the penis base. I got some hourglassing as well. Some pulling pain when erect too. No trauma or anything like that. My uro said it was peyronies...

I went to another uro a couple of days ago and he told me that on the left it's likely not peyronies. It's probably the fascia pinching. And on the right (I have a very small nodule developing the last month) is probably a hematoma.

So I'm confused... does someone had something similar happened? Can a fascial problem be confused for Peyronies ? And also do you know how much time it could take the clot to go away ?

We can never know which one of your doctors is right. The hourglassing andpulling pain seems more like peyronies but I don't know. No matter what it is, I would try to give it some rest for now.
Age: 25
Date of onset: 17
Symptoms: sharp pains, numbness, change in shape/size, hourglassing and discolaration from jelqing/VED usage as a teen. Diagnosed with a venous leak and possible scarring.
Treatments tried: cialis, pentox and VED didnt help

My theory and what some literature suggests is that fascia problems are Peyronie's, or is similar since Peyronie's may be scarring of the fascia. If it is tight, and not scarring over, at least that would be better than If it was getting worse. Traction may be the way to go. Traction really saved me and the research on it is excellent.

I gave it a rest for like 6 months and it didn't get better... the small nodule on the right bugs me... hope it's just a popped vein that'll go away.

Thanks for the replies... @NeoV is there a definite guide for the traction that's proven to work.. i.e. hours, traction applied, device, time-range etc... ?

Unfortunately no, but using a device, yes. In general the rule is longer duration is better, even 6 hours a day. Personally I do it by hand but I am not in a schedule nor do I have a protocol since I think my case differs from many other guys. In my case downward stretching is extremely effective. Also to both sides left and right under my leg. Always be flaccid for this and be very careful, some people cause further Peyronie's from traction buy the consensus is that it works very well.
