Can an ultrasound harm an injured penis?

Hi

I injured my penis about three weeks ago, and now have lumps on the curve, extra curving and a a narrower sicker looking penis. My GP has sent me for an ultrasound. There is no pain left alone, but it can hurt if I irritate it.

My question is, could rubbing an ultrasound tool into it actually do further damage during the (hopefully) healing process?

Any thoughts would be very appreciated.

The radiologist will be aware of what your problem is. There should be no issue with having a scan. In fact, it sounds very necessary to see what damage has been done.
