Hey guys,
I did my surgery in early April for congenital curvature with Dr. Paulo Egydio in Brazil.
Now, after three weeks, my penis seemed normal and is finally straight! I still feel pain when it gets hard and can feel where the internal stitches are, so I think masturbation will take a few more weeks to happen. He used the Nesbit technique to fix my downward curvature.

But I have some questions, I had lost a considerable size (or perhaps did not have a large size before) currently 5.5 inches, I saw here in the forum some people use traction devices to help increase the size lost.
I talked to the doctor about it and he said it is not necessary, it will get bigger with time doing the traction exercises (which is stretching up my penis as far as I can for 6 times per day)  and it is not necessary to use any device .... but I bought one just in case it not worked =)

Anyone know if after three weeks I can already start using the traction device or need to wait a little longer?
Another tip given here in the forum was taking 5g cialis overnight ... but I imagine it would cause an erection during at the night, isn't?  Can anyone be more clear when I start taking cialis or if I should take with other medication?

I would wait until 6 weeks post op, and the start off very gently with only slight traction.

Hi, my doctor recommends using traction after 5 weeks post-op. He is a partner with DR Egydio and developed the STAGE technique with him. His name is Dr Franklin Kuehhas and is highly regarded.
The traction will help, but better get approval from your surgeon beforehand just in case. As long as he says traction will not harm you then you may as well try it.
