Hi there, I've a downward congenital curvature of 70-75°. I will have a surgery operation to correct this problem in some months, meanwhile I still would like to have sex. What positions would allow me to have sex with my curvature? I was thinking about reverse cowgirl, which I think I may perform with my partner. Other positions? Please give me some tips/suggestions/piece of advice about how to improve or facilitate my future intercourse. I'm quite afraid (it would me my first time ever :-X )...

Try from behind but in a 'spoon' position. There is a risk with your partner on top either forward or reverse as you slip out and cause trauma/damage.

Several on the forum feel this was the cause of their Peyronies disease. I know you are asking about congenital curvature. But don't risk trading one for another.

Thanks for the answer but my penis is very curved downward (like I said, the curve is about 65-70°), so I don't think I'll be able to perform the spoon position (an upward curve would be very useful in this case...) :( I know the risks of the positions with my partner on top, too. But I don't have many more options right now... maybe I'll wait for the operation.

If you know other positions suited to my curve please tell me

Doggy style would be fine. You will be in control and would hit her g-spot also.
If you are having surgery, I would strongly recommend Dr Franklin Kuehhas. Surgery price is 8000 pounds in London, or 8000 euro if you travel to Vienna. It will work out cheaper paying for flights and hotel in vienna and also get to do some sightseeing. Expect to spend 4 nights in vienna.
Whatever you do, do not have the nesbitt procedure.
Best of luck.

ohwonder -- Did you have the surgery you were planning? What's your status?

I just had surgery on June 24th. I am very happy at the two week mark with the healing process.

Urologists I visited told me Peyronie's and that they could feel plaque -- although in different places.

Ultimately, my research led me to a male dick specialist, not just urologist. He found no plaques whatever, and showed me why he thought my curve was congenital. I selected this man to do the surgery.

Happier by the hour. And, I'm straight for the first time in my life.

Is this the "official" price for stage procedure ? i thought it was much less ..

Thats what I paid anyway, and anyone else I have asked paid the same

I paid 7000 euros all inclusive in late February in Vienna if that helps. I know over time the price for STAGE has gradually risen though I find it hard to imagine they've jumped up to 8000 euros in the last few months; particularly if they're operating in the same clinic and nothing much has changed.

Mid march I paid 8000 euro. I had a consultation in london in january and was quoted 8000poudds. Dr Kuehhas gave me the option of going to vienna, the following week I got quoted 8000 euro for surgery in Vienna. The consultation fee already paid was deducted from the 8000 price.
