Answering my own question.....according to my doctor, Xiaflex does not help with blood flow, but still would love to hear if anyone has had a different experience.

I've heard nothing about its doing so.  Cialis et al. and pentox do that.

I'm going through, and have been going through, a rough time with X. the past 2 months.  Two emergency surgeries because of it.  I'll document later when the stitches are out.  Nevertheless, I see nothing else that has the potential to improve the condition like X., nothing FDA-approved, that is.  Bromelain is a contender, but that's years away (legally).  X. works because it's so powerful, but its a loose cannon and its power makes it dangerous.  I'm lucky not to have a rupture.  More in the future.

Gringo I agree wiyh everthing you said....cialas and pentox for blood flow......Xiaflex is some strange crap....the first 3 injections I had we completely benign....nothing....the fourth I had a little bruising and minor swelling but the fifth and six (just had yesterdy) were completely different....major swelling, bruising, discoloration....I just don't understand it....maybe the medicine itself is inconsistant or maybe shot location is everything....probably the latter
