Hi, my name is Jorge and. I'm 19 years old, 4 weeks ago I was told that I have Peyronies disease, Right know my plaques are feeling rare(sometimes they are soft but sometimes they are hard even when my penis is flacid), I have like 30 deegres of right desviation and I have also noticed like 45 degrees of rotation(on his own axis), i'' feeling very depresed and i'm looking for support, i've been two doses of pentox daily(one at night and one in the morning) and one dose of vitamin E in the morning daily. I've just ordered andropeyronies traction device. Do you think it is a good treatment? What would you recomend for complementing it? masturbation and sexual relations afect this condition?what diet would you recomend?¿is it good to put heat on the plaques? ¿What time period should I wait until I start noticing results? Sorry if there are too many questions but i have trouble finding them in the group since I do not speak english very well. Also i have to say i think my sexual life is over and that is having me depresed. Please guys, help me!!

Jorge;

You can be headed, one way or another.

Carry on with the Pentox. If you can, get some low dose 2.5/5mg Cialis. Read the sections on oral treatments. ALC, CoQ10, etc.

The Andropeyronies device is ok - not one of the best, IMO, but it will do the job. Never wear it for longer than 2 hours at a time. It constricts blood flow to the head of the penis and so it's important that your penis gets a rest with normal blood flow for at least half an hour.

You should also read the section on Xiaflex, it may be appropriate in your case.

If all else fails, you can elect for surgery. I had to go down that road and am now virtually healed with a fully functioning straight penis. It's not cheap, but if all else fails, you may want to consider it.

Whoknows

Has anyone come across a diagnosis? I have been struggling with trying to figure out the problem for 5 months.  One night in February, I woke up in pain. Was misdiagnosed as UTI / prostatitis.  My symptoms are very limp flaccid penis, shaft narrow than the glans and narrows at base like a baseball bat.  Generally, the penis turtles meaning the shaft completely disappears only the glans is visible.  I can still have an erectionbut the turtling is extremely uncomfortable. Also, I can pretty much squish the shaft of my flaccid penis between my thumb and my index finger. I used to have good girth when flaccid before.  Also, penis hangs a little to the left, I don't think it's peyronie's because the problem is at the base but who knows. Question, does it sound like a torn suspenspory ligament?  If not, could it be a tear of areolar tissue on the penis, the buck's or Dartos Fascia? I have had an MRI and multiple ultrasounds but no diagnosis.
