Would pentox be the best oral med  to use to help the healing process of a penile fracture?

The reason I ask is because I was given cialis intead but cialis gives me hard erections which has further damaged my penis and caused it to shrink more. From reading it seems that pentox seems to give  good blood flow and prevent scarring and inflammation but does not cause arousal such as cialis correct?  So that's why I'm curious to see if y'all think pentox should be the route I take

Jordan,

Penox is the standard course for Peyronies Disease. I have been on it for a little over 4 months and have thus found it to be useless in my case. That isn't to say it wouldn't work for you. I have noticed mild headaches the past 2-3 weeks, so it isn't without side effects. Here is an article.

Like everything with Peyronies, what works for one, not insurance will work for others.
For me Pentox worked, also some of the leading Peyronies specialists are prescribing it.
And yes, Pentox have side effects, some severe, like weakening the immune system.

Another question, would an ultrasound still be able to detect a penile fracture after like a month and a half?

yyy

an ultrasound will detect your fracture for good because you will permanently have a lump. The only way to get rid of it is a grafting surgery or xiapex injections (if they work...)
