Hi all, Just thought I would share an update. When last I left i was waiting for my first Uro appt. Well that was yesterday. Good Dr. I had him when I needed kidney stone surgery. After his examination and U.S results he confirmed PEY. >:(, but at least he was very honest and said the PEY isn't his cup of tea and will refer me to a Dr in the Hamilton Area (Ontario). I now have a appt with this new Dr. on March 23rd. I did a little investigation and this Dr. has a horrible reputation however this Dr. is mentioned on this site as a "expert" I will have a open mind when I see this Dr. and report back.

So far the pain is killing me... to the point I want to cut it off. >:( Doesn't matter what I take nothing helps. My GP gave me Tramadol XL (which makes me a zombie and twitchy) and Ty#3  Anyone else have this issue?

More update.... Comments welcome.

Ok, I saw the Uro in Hamilton, Ont and I'm on the PETOX, Cialis 5mg daily low dose and a Med for gout which is also suppose to help but the name slips my mind right now. I'm also starting VED protocols  as well. I getting a T-rone blood test done and see him again in early May. I'm still having very painful spasms at the plaque site anything else I should do? BTW I have the constriction type PEY. Hourglass when erect and I've already lost 1/2 inch in length since Dec.

Sorry to hear about this. Are you attempting to have sex it masturbate? That's good your are trying pentox and cialis. Doing anything else such as traction? What does your uro think about the origin of your pain, could it be vascular or is it directly on or near the scar tissue?

Did you saw Dr Greenspan by any chance?

Well here's another update with my progression.

I saw Dr. Gerald Brock on Monday and let me say that he's the real deal for guys in the GTA. He spend 20 mins with my wife and I and told me I would be a good candidate for surgery. I forget the type again, its the type with the cross hatching cuts made into the plaque. I go for a colour ultrasound in late Jan 2017. then is all goes well surgery by late spring!!! I'm super happy
