17 with Peyronies Disease

Hi anyone reading this, I am Asa. A 17 year old living in England. I am so down and depressed guys. I need some help, please can anyone help. I always had a slight curve to the left, never really effected me badly. But recently i noticed it worsening, my erections were getting weaker, my flaccid state getting hard and bent. I think i must be in the "acute phase" i think i did this to myself trying to use a traction device to straighten the small curve. This is killing me emotionally, like i am so scared, is this it? Is this how it ends? Can anyone help me out at all, i have an appointment with urologist in 4 weeks but they seem to be uneducated on Peyronies Disease when i went a while back he said "try taking vitamin D or E" please can someone tell me what i should do to try and reduce curve, increase sexual function and regain normal flaccid state. I don't expect any help, but my days i would appreciate some, thanks so so much to anyone who cares enough to help me🤕

How often are you masturbating/having sex? I would say you should cut down on sexual activity, try to improve your penile health as if you had erectile dysfunction. Give yourself a kind of reboot from it all while staying as healthy as possible.

For congenital curves, I think traction works wonders. I haven't seen any studies on this but I just can't imagine why it wouldn't work. It corrected a lot of my Peyronie's curve and reduced my congenital curve. Furthermore, I think congenital curves actually increase one's likeliness of getting Peyronie's (or at least put you at very high risk if you have the genetic link).

See a specialist, exercise, eat healthy, try the supplements that appear to work for the disease such as Citrulline, CoQ10, and Acetyl-l-Carnitine, and foods like blueberries which are very effective at reducing inflammation (were actually in a peyronie's study along with other treatments).

My symptoms started when I was your age, so about ten years ago. I used to have bad bending after sex and I would always use a heat pad to calm things down. In retrospect, I was masturbating wrong and too often. Always clenching my PC muscles to stay hard, not taking breaks, and always sitting in a terrible position on my prostate and with a less than hard penis.

These unhealthy practices gave me two dents in my penis, it seems. Then at age 24 a girl bent me in missionary position, and sent me down a road of hell. YES missionary is dangerous, god it is dangerous, not just doggy style, so be careful! Any position is dangerous honestly, so make sure you tell a girl to not bend you during sex and you should be fine.

I think gentle traction would help reduce the curve, and probably pentox as well. I never really took the drug but you may want to prepare some documents (studies) to ensure you get a prescription.

My active phase lasted at least a damn year. And everything I tried just frustrated me. Be easy on yourself, don't check your erections every damn day like I did. That's the worst... Just let it be, as if you broke your arm, just leave it alone until nature tells you you need to orgasm. Not easy stuff man, we are here for you.

Well i was having sex a lit around 4 months ago when the curve first started to nctease, but since then not much ag all, i have gone from masterbating everyday to like once every 3/4 days ish, should i try and cut this down more?
I feel like i may of caused the slight curve i had previously through damage when younger, i use to masterbate way way too much, just like how you described!

What dosage of those meds would i take NeoV? Also have you got any opinion on enzymes such as serraptase and bromelain? They sound like they might help out? By specialist do you mean urologist or a peyronies specialist?

Oh really? How is your condition now after 10 years(sorry to hear about it by the way) thats like me after sex/masterbating i would swell up and be in pain, but stupid me would go again thinking all was okay.

Did you manage to get rud of your curve? My worries are the curve, the lack of erection quality i am having and the flaccid state is tight and smaller.i also use to always tense my muscles to make my erection harder damn!!

Once every 3 or 4 days seems pretty normal to me. Make sure you don't get erect just to check it though, since that usually leads to masturbation or makes your prostate more congested so you will need to orgasm sooner. Try stopping for one week as an experiment, but never blame yourself if you indulge. Also be careful not to binge, as in "oh well I screwed up so might as well masturbate 3 times in a row today."

I don't think bromelain or serrapeptase work for Peyronie's unfortunately. I don't see how the science makes sense, though they can't harm you. Those were popular many years back due to a website which I believe turned out to be scamming people (need confirmation from older forum members on this...)

Still, try it, and if it works, keep it up!

Citrulline should be taken in pill form so it doesn't erode your teeth, 2 grams twice a day. Acetyl-L-Carnitine is 1 gram twice a day, as per the small studies on it and Peyronie's. CoQ10 is about 400 mg a day as per a very high quality and promising study on it and Peyronie's. Other supplements I recommend are ginseng, ginger, and Pine bark extract. Try to target your penile  and endothelial health in general. This is all hard to come by on a budget. I also recommend investing in bulk frozen blueberries. As for drugs, low dose Cialis and Pentox have been demonstrated to be effective at reducing penile fibrosis and scarring as well as bending. You can get prescriptions from a specialist, or a regular uro or doc MIGHT give pentox to you if you bring him the research which you can find on these forums. If you cannot afford this stuff, try to eat less sugar and inflammatory foods and try manual traction like I did. Be very careful with traction, extremely careful.

After several years of manual traction and adjusting my sexual activity my bend is basically gone. I feel much better walking, sitting, and sex looks and feels pretty much the way it used to. I still have a slight indentation which is noticeable when my penis is filling out, but it's much better now. Unfortunately I developed a new small dent towards the tip of my penis in the last half a year due to an incident I think. I'm working on stretching this one out and it's going pretty well. VED also helped me a lot for the few months I used to. I considered it a miracle at the time, and I still think it's an amazing tool to fight against Peyronie's. I injured myself with it and it really hurts me to think about it. I was very careful yet somehow a lymphatic vessel must have ruptured somewhere in my penis or inguinal area which caused my entire body to become somewhat numb and retain fluid. Gross isnt it? Seriously makes me more sad than Peyronie's itself. My penis appears to be permanently slightly swollen under the skin since then. Luckily it is quite minor and the women I've been with can't notice it so what the hell. Doctor's don't notice it either, but I can tell things are different. Maybe I just injured a nerve, and so it just feels swollen. It's a whole nother topic that nobody seems to know anything about, and I'm left in the dark with, but I can beat it somehow I'm quite sure. To answer your original question, my penis is much better than before, particularly compared to the active phase.

When I was injured at 24, that's when my active phase began. Since then I have had minor flare ups here and there but those have pretty much went away since I've changed my habits and used a lot of manual traction. My erection quality is much better too, and I don't require my PC muscles to keep it up compared to before. So things are pretty good! I don't know if anyone can ever say they completely recovered from Peyronie's, but you can become functionally and aesthetically "cured" in many senses. I think most of us agree that it's a lifetime ordeal, at least in that you have to alter the way you handle things.

Yeah thats what i keep doing, trying to get it up to check it, i think this is decreasing my erection strength as i am associating it with dissapointment. Is there anyway i can improve my erections in actuve phase as they are weak and harder to get or is that just something i have to deal with? I won't binge as i doubt i could even masterbate 3 times in one day at the moment.
Do things get better or worse from here, like my flaccid state has shrubk, got hard and bent whilst being very sensitive, my semi state is thinner and very curved and then erctions are straighter than curved but not very stable and hard to maintain?

Damn, i might try taking them just to see if there is any improvement? I have got some ACL and CoQ10 today so ganna start them, is it okay to disregard the dosage on the back? Wow i actually already have some pine bark extract also, what does this help? I am a vegetarian so i am very healthy, i am also taking msm powder(for connective tissue), taking shots of grapeseed oil and i have also thought about grapeseed oil massaging? And hydrotherapy?(putting shower head towards the plaque?) how do i perform manuel traction? Like i think i should avoid it for a little while as my flaccid is so sensitive and hard, like i feel like i could almost snap it when its cold!!!

I accept the fact that my lifestyle is ganna be different from here on, its inevitable i guess, i just wanna feel better than i do right now!! Did your penis size, function and flccid tissue feel different in active phase? Like should i be scared that my flaccid penis looks and feel so small?

You seem to be describing hard flaccid, and I don't know that much about it but in my case, if I avoided masturbation I noticed I had hard flaccid for the first 4 or 5 days. After 7 days it would become elastic and normal. I did this two years ago and it was the first time in my life I saw my penis so elastic. This was with no touching, not erection checking, just avoiding it completely.

In the active phase I think all treatments simply work better, traction, VED, pentox, etc. But maybe another forum member has a different opinion on that.

I think Hard flaccid is stress, is the same in my case. If I'm not thinking about my penis is elastic flacid, and when I think about and fast I touch it, it is becoming hard.

I think this way and my spacialist too...

I also have two dents. I have been trying to figure out why it is still progressing when one of the calcification has completely gone away...it makes no sense. Why would the calcification go away but there still be a dent and bend? It is so frustrating.
