I measured my curvature this morning and am wondering what would be considered to be my curvature. I was at approximately 40-45 degrees (using the peyronies disease assessment device) when erect, which was approximately 70 degrees before ejaculation.  Would my curvature be considered in the 40 degree range or would it be 70 degrees. I have no problems having sex with my wife and my erections are very strong, in fact, stronger of late which I attribute to traction, but I want to go into my Uro appointment in January with a full clip of ammo.

I suppose you never read the forum rules, this is the reason you have started 5 topics on the "Introductory Board"
You mix up the forum!!!
Every one gets one topic on this board and specific questions should be posted on the adequate boards!!!

Regarding curve measurement, you will find in the library how to do that to be accurate.

Your curve is measured when your erection is hardest, which should also b e when your curve is at its worst point. So sounds like you are the 70 degree curvature range but flexible enough to have intercourse.

Some posted instructions here:

And yes I will combine all your introductory posts into 1.

QuackAttack,

Try to download an app called UWPen and do the measurement with it. My urologist suggested I use it in order for him to see if there are improvements. You measuring it is fine I guess but this will be the best way for him to judge.

Sounds nearer 70, but the PDAD tool is great, made by a pro, yes a little flimsy but still does the job.
