Hi guys,

I've been in the forum for a while now and decided to write about my problem.

8 months ago I used a penis extender and since then my penis has been deforming more and more. At this point, while flaccid and semi-rigid. I developed 3 ring-like lumps on the right of the shaft, and they have not faded away since. They are soft in flaccid and hard when erect. They make the right side to have a curve-like looking and the penis curves to the left, and I believe it is because those lumps do make the right side a bit longer.

These are some pics of similar ring-like lums:

Have you ever seen this? Is it fibrous tissue? Is it fibrosis? Can it be removed with, may be, stem cells? Some people say that all penises have rings-like structures, just not visible, and when doing stretching you can make them more apparent, like in my case.

Also, y developed an hour-glass deformity in flaccid-semi-rigid that goes away when I am in erect. Can this be due to tunica damage?

Please, any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

I don't have a response for your symptoms, but it is not consistent with Peyronies. If you have plaque/scarring on the right side of your penis, then it should curve to the right.

Have you seen a doctor yet?

Hi!

Yes, I have seen several and they don't know. The doppler doesn't seem to see anything, and they just say it is a dent or fibrosis. Is like they have no idea what it is. Nobody knows. Yet, I have seen MANY guys with these "rings" in a penis after doing stretching, so it got to be something....

Could easily be lymphatic vessels or blood vessels. All men have rings naturally that curl down the sides of their penises which are blood vessels. Stretching and VED or even rough sex can aggravate them. Check out mondor's disease and lymphocele.

However, you need to see a Peyronie's specialist. Peyronie's has a vascular aspect to it and fibrosis is often a result of vascular issues in the penis. Fibrosis is not exactly easy to spot and is subtle.

Hi Neov,

Doesn't sound like a lymph vessel at all. Usually guys get grainy spots of drained fluid that, usually, goes away with some time. In my case I got several ring-like structures, so as you said, is prob something that was already there that was aggravated or extended in size somehow. If it was fibrosis, then I could try some therapies, but since I don't know what is is, I don't even know if it is healthy tissue or not...

I am seeing Dr. Tome Lue next week, so hopefully he can tell me what is is. So far no Urologist could tell me.

Thanks!

He NeoV,

I have been researching more, and I don't think is peyronies/fibrosies. Not sure either about lymph vessel, but it is something called penile or penis ribs. Looks like many guys have it, specially guys that have done jelking or stretching. Also, I have seen some porn starts. You can read this thread: Link to porn site deleted by moderator!!!
Some guy says that they are expanding structures of the tunica.

The pictures from some guys there reassemble my condition, so I am afraid this might not fade away and be permanent.

Anyways, I will ask Dr. Tom Lue next week.

Thanks!
