Is a combination of L-Arginine, Acetyl-L Carnitine, and CoQ10 safe?

I've started keeping a record of all the supplements I'm taking, and also some exercises I've been doing.

here is a spreadsheet I've been using to keep track of my supplement intake:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/165jJ_TwEy0ulDCDpc1iZUZJl7yjcX0kE3OvqeRF0jrU/edit?usp=sharing

What I wanted to know, was whether the "cocktail" of supplements I'm taking are safe when taking in conjunction with one another throughout the day. As you can (hopefully) tell from the spreadsheet, I'm on a lower dosage at the moment, but I was going to up it to full dosage starting tomorrow. Full dosage essentially being the amounts specified in the fixed header within that document.

And I know it's off topic, but here's a spreadsheet for my exercises:

I understand that manual stretching is risky, but from the research I've done, I feel as if manual stretches would pose less of a threat than a traction device. I've not noticed any improvement or worsening thus far. If any one has any thoughts on this then that would be greatly appreciated.

If you'd like a bit of background on my situation then please refer to this post - https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,7011.0.html But to put it short, I haven't (yet) been officially diagnosed with peyronies disease, but I'm 99% sure I've got it, as my symptoms are consistent with it.

I take some 3-4g of both ALC & Citrulline Malate every day. I've had no major side effects apart from Occasionally being a bit 'loose'

Manual, stretching is fine, but only when flaccid, as is traction, just be sensible with both. Start gently and gradually build up.

You don't list your symptoms, history etc, or why you are so sure you have Peyronies. You really should see a competent, Peyronies aware urologist asap.

Yeah I'm "gradually building up" in terms of the exercises and the supplements. Not had any problems so far, apart from one morning where I had dull pains in the area of my kidneys, but I'd taken all 3 of the tablets I listed in 1 go, I knew I shouldn't have done that, hadn't really had much water either.

I did list my symptoms, history etc. If you look at the bottom most link my orignal post, there's quite an in depth explanation of what I've been going through.

I understand I need to see a peyronies aware urologist, just waiting on a GP appointment to try and arrange one through the NHS, failing that I'll have to go private. I do have an appointment with a Mr Eardley in Leeds (next month hopefully, still waiting for a response). Although he doesn't specialise in peyronies, he's supposed to be one of the leading urologists in the UK. I was supposed to see him originally, but I got somebody who was filling in for him, didn't realise this until a couple of months after, when I googled him and saw his picture.

Be sure that your urologist is up to date on this disease - many are not. It's not taken seriously and you're liable to be fobbed off with 'wait and see ' and some Vit. E.  The very worst thing you can do is wait!  The mental effects are grossly underestimated too.

If you can afford to go privately, I can strongly recommend Dr Kuehhas at London Andrology Centre. He's not cheap, but you'll get an honest and very expert opinion of where you're at.

I've had this for about 8 months now, I tried ALCAR 1g x2 a day at first for two months in the acute stage it helped with the intense pain during erections. There was just an indentation, unfortunately after two months I smoked one or two cigs a day, abstained from sex for two weeks then suddenly the pain lessened and I had 30 degree curvature. It's been that way for 6 months. I would say I'm stable but if I don't take the supplements the pain returns only during sex.

I am also trying to work out a routine for meds. currently I am taking l-argine 500mg x3 each with a meal, coq-10 one or two with meals magnesium oxide x3 with each meal. omega 3-6-9 capsule x 1, acetyl-l-carnitine 500mg x 2 with alpha lipoic acid. My condition is not getting worse but I'd like the curvature to decrease or at least the pain to go away completely. I saw an NHS uro and he said there is no drug that can dissolve scar tissue, all it takes is time for the scar to mature, come back in six months, he was sincere though. I'm going to try pentox 400mg x2 a day then go up to three.

All I can say from experience is the the antioxidants do help with the pain, though I personally don't see the point in taking more than 100mg of co-q10 a day. L-arginine with ALCAR feels like rocket fuel for exercise, horny goat weed is great too. I wish I'd known all this before peyronie's. It is a large cocktail and I don't know when to take them or what's a bad mix, I've learned not with breakfast because I feel bloated. I don't think you should try traction as your curve is not too bad, it may make things worse.

I thought this paper was interesting http://www.omicsgroup.org/journals/pentoxifylline-associated-with-other-antioxidants-multimodal-therapy-on-patients-with-peyronies-disease-results-of-a-controlled-study-2167-0250.1000123.pdf

To answer your question yes it is safe but I feel too much antioxidants make me feel agitated. Look up the symptoms of oxidative stress. I'm going to try a ragime of pentox 800mg, l-arginine 2g, co-q10 100mg and VED. The idea is to soften the plaque and then stretch it to get elasticity back.
