Pfract

Hi guys... i need your advice. I fractured my penis a year and a half ago. I suffer from erectile dysfunction, but i don't seem to have classical peyronies symptoms. Here's a detailed list of what happened

After trauma:
-Urologist told me i had fractured my penis 3 weeks after trauma. Was given pentox and calcium dobesilate. Had pain with erections, which stopped ater 2 months.

Current symptoms:
Currently suffer from ED. I am unable to sustain an erection without stimulation. Currently i have a 60/70% rigidity on my erection with stimulation. Wouldn't trust it for sex, for fear of further trauma.
-I had a shortening of a 1.5/2cm on the top of the penis, and a small narrowing from the tip of the penis to a bit bellow the glans, maybe a bit above midshaft. No increase in curvature since trauma though. My penis got more veins showing on the outside.

I, sometimes, have a big curve to the left but only flaccid. If i go to the bathroom, i notice while i am on the toilet that the penis starts to fill from the base till 2 cm forwards and then has a sharp curve to the left, maybe 45/50ยบ. But looks "with the curvature it had before" if i stimulate if manually. I also don't note any lumps, indentations, plaques or scar tissue amongst palpation. I do have discomfort from time to time on my penis with certain types of underwear, and also have severe retraction at times, which is temporary and stops as soon as i start stretching gently my penis; i do have a hard flaccid at certain times. I also have no classical ED risk factors, and i don't take any medication for any disease that might affect my penis or worsen or give me peyronies.

A week ago i was able to go to a walk in clinic and managed that the GP prescribed me pentox and cialis 2.5mg daiy. I also bought l-arginine on my own. 1000mg caps. But, i am uncertain about how i should start taking the pills, which one should i start first and also i have a massive fear of a priapism, since all of the three medications increase blood flow to the penis, and i fear for that will be over kill.... (the l-arginine capsule box, tells not to use with ED medications)

What do you guys think?

I don't think you need to worry about priaprism. The drugs do relax the arterial walls which allows more blood flow. But this isn't the only thing to create an erection. It is quite a complicated process and this is what the Cialis is for... (PDE5 inhibitor).

but you know... if that happens, i am in deep crap. Have to go to rushing to the hospital, pray that they take me in fast and that the injections to bring down the erection work.... plus, i don't know which one i should start taking first. I feel that i should go with the cialis, since i don't find any scar tissue, and i am able to have an erection with manual stimulation that stands up for like 10/15seconds, sometimes half a minute on it's own with some rigidity like i told above....

but i am unsure. What do you think, lwiilis?

PeetyPeet

I would recommend starting on the cialis and keeping an eye on both your nocturnal and stimulated erections. If you feel the the cialis isn't doing too much on it's own, try 1g of l-arginine a day as well as the cialis. Take on empty stomach a few hours before going to bed. I wouldn't worry about priapism as these are quite low doses. Both cialis and l-arginine lower blood pressure. If you already suffer from low blood pressure be careful, otherwise I think you'll be fine.

I think PeetyPeet's suggestion of starting with the Cialis is fine. But of the drugs the Cialis is really the one that helps with your erection quality. The Pentox and L'Arginine dont work the the same way as Cialis. So if you can take the Cialis you should be fine with the others.
