I recently acquired a new f*** buddy. After a few "false starts" (*facepalm*) we managed to get down to business.

Difficulties maintaining my erection aside (because I cannot determine whether this is down to the Peyronies Disease, anxiety about starting a new sexual relationship, or a combination of the two), I'm encountering a bit of an unexpected problem...

I seem to be strugging to ejaculate. Pre-Peyronies Disease & even up to this summer before I split with the ex, I had very good control of this - to the point where I was actually able to do it on cue. The new lady seems to think I'm some sort of sex god, but it's getting slightly embarrassing when - after 3-4 hours of sex - she's asking me why I won't cum for her. I'd really prefer to get things over with a little sooner, & without the need to f*** her so go***mn hard - as I figure sessions of that kind probably aren't good for someone with Peyronies Disease.

Has anyone else experienced this? Perusing the board, I note other members mentioning weakened & unsatisfying orgasm... but no mention of it being near enough impossible to finish.

Are you on any benzodiazepines like Xanax for depression or anxiety? Many anti-anxiety and anti-depressant medications cause erectile difficulties and delayed orgasm. If so, check with your doctor about switching to a different medication.

If not, it might just be anxiety of having a new partner. Talk to her about it and be open. Let her know it has nothing to do with her or how attractive she is to you.

I've had this problem. IMO it's caused by your Peyronies. The plaque causes a deadening of the nerves and thus sensation.

I had one session with an old girlfriend that went on all day ( with breaks in between for food, etc) I'd taken 20mg of Cialis, so it stayed rock hard, but I never came once. She did, about 7-8 times!.

No benzodiazepines Skjaldborg - just the recommended combination of Pentox, low dose (2.5mg daily) Cialis & CoQ10. I also take Lyrica for my Fibromyalgia, though I've been on that for about seven years & not had this problem before, so I'm happy it's not that.

It did occur to me that the problem might be the result of the Cialis, as I know anecdotally from what I've read on the net that it can have that effect on a guy. But I've been taking it for 18 months, so I don't know why it would suddenly have that impact now?

I tried to explain to the new lady yesterday after screwing that it wasn't imperative that I always cum & that I was more than happy so long as she got off, but she was insistent that she loves watching me do it. I can understand it from her POV, as I know I'd be put put out if I was unable to make her cum. I'd like to open up about my Peyronies Disease & resulting anxieties, but I don't feel like I've known her for long enough. Have got an appointment in a couple of weeks with the Urologist, so I'll definitely be raising this then. I'm waiting on a nocturnal sleep study to see how my penis behaves during the night - perhaps that might go some way to providing some answers.

I just posted a question about this... Happened to me several times in the past month so I'm wondering what it could be. There was a time I traveled and did not have sex therefore porn was here for me so could it be a cause of watching porn every second day or so...? I have Peyronie's and I recently stopped taking Pentox as there no further improvements but I guess it is not tied to the pills.

Anyone with their opinion?
