Do the plaques cause numbness and loss of sensitivity? For me this certainly seems to be the case...

Stabler

Yes numbness can be an issue, if you do a search on this you will find many posts on others that have encountered this.

As Stabler wrote, you will find many posts regarding numbness, exactly 103.
A search for numb will give you 26 forum pages, but many not relates as it is not filtering "numbers".

For the record, numbess can result from VED usage, in particular if you have caused lymph damage.

Anything which turns normally flexible tissue rigid can cause "numbness", or at least loss of sensation at that particular location.

do you guys think xiaflex can fix this?

NeoV

I would not advise to expect Xiaflex to fix numbness, or anything for that matter. But anything injected into the penis, even saline or just water can straighten it out a bit with the sheer volume increase.

I have numbness issues as well. I would highly recommend doing everything you can to increase blood flow all throughout your body.
