Sore flaccid from Pentox. Good or Bad ?

As of recently I've been experiencing a sore feeling when flaccid. It's the most noticeable in the morning after I've had an erection. I don't know how I should interpret this sensation. I've been on pentox 1200mg for 3 months and I have seen a little improvement, probably due to better eq. Also my girth seems to fluctuate in size from time to time. Not drastically, but enough that I can discern a difference. Very frustrating...
