Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anybody here has taken finasteride (drug for hairloss, also known as Propecia) while taking the classic regimen of:

Pentox
L-arginine
CoQ
Vit-E
Cialis

Does anyone know of any interactions? Problems with taking finasteride while on the Peyronie's drugs? My hair has started falling out, I just don't think I can handle losing hair and having Peyronie's for at least a couple years, want to take finasteride.

Thanks!

NeoV

Finasteride is thought to cause Peyronie's. Bad idea if you ask me!!!

As to your actual question, can't think of any bad effect you get while taking both.

It is not a bad idea taking Finasteride as NeoV wrote, it is a VERY BAD idea.
It is written on the Finasteride pack that ED is one of the main and most common side effects.
Many forum members are sure that Finasteride started they Peyronies or was at least one of the triggers.
You may end up with crocked dick, sever ED, but you will have a lot of hair on your head and body to offer to a woman.
But it is your head and your penis, so do what you think is best for you.
By the way, many woman find a bold man very sexy. They say it is a sign of virility.

Age 71, Peyronies from Jan 2009 following penis fracture during sex. Severe ED.
Lost 2" length and a lot of girth. Late start, still VED, Cialis & Pentox helped. Prostate surgery 2014.
Got amazing support on the forum

I would give all of my hair...and my right arm...to have my penis work again.

High DHt is not even the cause of hairloss so stop fin immediately.

You want to stop hairloss, then speed up your metabolic rate.  This will lower conversion of T to DHT since your cells will be able to use T more efficiently.

Fin lowers metabolic rate

Amazing that people still want to take this drug.... Amazing... Speechless....

I've got to join in on the anti-finasteride chorus. I've talked to a urologist and an endocrinologist about it. Both of them said they'll never prescribe it. The urologist told me, "It's basically a form of chemical castration."

If you want some anecdotes, read up on PROPECIAHELP: Persistent Finasteride Propecia Proscar side effects info & discussion forum

Man, I'd trade in my fcking eyebrows for having a functional penis again. And I'm bald as it is, started from the age of 17 and I even had low testosterone levels at the time, so NO it's not a sign of virility lmfao. But I agree with most that taking finasteride is a weird move considering how much more important a dick is for a man compared to a head full of hair. I say this even though my hair was my best feature as a teen. I STILL trade in my hair, eyebrows, heck..maybe even my left arm to have a normal c%ck again. And not only that.. finasteride doesn't even prevent balding, just slows it down. If you were ment to be bald you will go bald. Without the finasteride you just won't end up with hormone issues as well.
Age: 25
Date of onset: 17
Symptoms: sharp pains, numbness, change in shape/size, hourglassing and discolaration from jelqing/VED usage as a teen. Diagnosed with a venous leak and possible scarring.
Treatments tried: cialis, pentox and VED didnt help

you are so sick in the head, no wonder you have been on this forum for almost a decade and are the whiniest b I have ever encountered. a lot of people can absolutely get disfigured by male pattern baldness, if it doesn't suit you and you look and feel like crap and your mental health deteriorates-but its always easier to be on the other side of the fence huh? Its SuCh A WeIrD MoVe taking a drug that has an overall good safety record, 100% of going bald and looking and feeling like crap vs 3% chance of getting side effects that on the internet are ridiculously exaggerated anyway-hard to decide.

this is so ignorant and delusional its almost sad. btw if your dick was meant to be bent it will be bent, dont treat it man, your life quality might increase but just accept yourself brosef, just B yourself
