Indentation

I've had an indentation at the base of my penis for 2 years that neve caused pain.  Would it have formed scar tissue by now?  It feels more like a narrowing or small slope sometimes.

Also does anyone have hard flaccid?  I've had it for 2 years also

Indention is caused by plaques. Plaques are coming in big variety of shapes and location.
Not having pain is not unusual, I never had also.
A forum search for "hard flaccid" gives gives 431 posts. Can show you that many forum members have it.
