Thanks in advance for your help.  :-*

I am 30 years old

Three months ago I used finasteride for my hairloss. I think I must have used it for 1 month so I have been clear of its effects for 2 months. Finasteride killed my sex drive and made my erections softer and semen very watery. I suspect I may have had rough sex with my soft erection and possibly damaged it or the finasteride caused some damage to the penis due to messing with my hormones or maybe a little of both.

I have had slight burning pain in the left side of the penis along with a 10-30 degree bent flaccid and bent 10-30 semi and a somewhat straight hard erection (maybe 10 degrees at most.) I struggle to remember if this has always been the case all my life but the bent semi erection really caught my attention. The pain however is new and somewhat persistent at the sight of bending. It is however only there when flaccid and no amount of pushing and prodding can make it hurt.

The most interesting part that I need some help with is how and when my penis bends. If you can imaging a penis growing under erection nice and straight, mine will continue to be straight as long as it is growing, the moment the blood starts to drain and the penis deflates it will kink to the left at the bend sight. Seconds later it will begin to straighten out again as the blood drains from the right side. Its almost as if the blood is draining from the left side first due to leakage?

Has anyone else ever noticed something like this before?

Many thanks
Bruno

It doesn't sound like Peyronie's, but see a competent Urologist ASAP.  It appears that something isn't right. Venous leakage is a possibility.

I thought I would update my symptoms here for a record for myself and others with smiler symptoms in the future looking back at this post.

Full erection still straightish (10 degree bend at most)

Flaccid and semi still bending at roughly 30 degrees. I can straighten the penis out but it will slowly bend back to between 10 and 20 degrees.

Feeling the right hand side chamber it does appear like it holds more pressure and is bigger in size then the left

There is small bump/spot on the left hand chamber at the bend site. I find it hard to tell if this is in the neurovascular bundle or actually on the tunica itself, but I can say it is not in the skin. Feels more like a cyst than scar tissue

Still only occasional pain and still not with erection. I cannot induce pain via stretching or prodding.

I went to see a Peyronies specialist in Scotland on Thursday. He told me after examination that it is too early to tell if it is Peyronies but he did admit that if you have pain and a bending penis chances are it is Peyronies as nothing else will cause these symptoms. I have had symptoms for just over 2 months.

Still no pain on erection.
Still having gentle sex.

Thanks pfract. I have always been aware of fin sides for a long time now, which makes me sad that I finally caved and tried fin for my hair loss after 2 years of saying I will never mess with my hormones.

Update on my symptoms.

Fully erect penis has not changed in length girth or shape. The small bend is not where the pain/lump is located when fully erect. As the penis begins to deflate the bend moves towards the pain/lump site.

By far my worst symptom is the flaccid pain. It has changed from a light burning pain into wound tearing stabbing pain.

Lump may be slightly bigger.

Still no pain on erection or pulling on penis.

The penis bends quite extremely when losing erection and contracting back to the body. It feels like the I have hard flaccid on one side of my penis and the penis cc are draining blood much faster from the left hand side. Maybe this is why it looks like I have a bend and it is most extreme when flaccid or draining and not on erection?
