Hi, after long time comparing pictures of my "buddy", I can say i saw the first improvements.
I noticed the first symptoms last christmas. Around 15 degrees and no dents. When first doctor confirmed I had peyronies I started with e vit, which didn't help at all. In february another doctor prescribed me pentox and cialis, that also didn't help, at least I didn't felt so. After some months 2 dents where visible and palpable and curvature went around 30 degrees depending on the day and the hardness of erection. One month ago I started with a cheap VED bought in a sex shop and stretching my dick with my fingers a couple of times a day for 10 seconds. Now I am at 20ยบ. The dents are still visible but not very sharp.
I feel that what's doing the most work is VED.

Since I didn't heard about VED from any doctor because I discovered it in this forum, I just do what feels good. There are days that I pump once in the morning, sometimes twice, morning and before going to sleep, and sometimes if I'm bored even more. Even there's days that I had to do rest when I felt I was pumping too much, because there are days that you really notice that your dick "gets tired" of doing it and it stops looking better after pumping.
Ah and don't buy a VED with a length mark, it will make you follow the temptation of pumping to full erection to see how much size you can reach. Even I had already read, I empirically learned that you shouldn't pump to more than half erect.

Personally, I've gotten up to two, sometimes three 20.min sessions per day. My dick seems to be o.k. With this. I pump pretty much to full erection to stretch the tissue. It seems to be a matter of pumping far enough to stretch the plaque and/or the tissues around it, whilst not pumping too far. For me, I can feel it when I've pumped, or am pumping too far, and I just release some of the pressure immediately.

I'm not proposing or recommending my own regime to anybody else, just laying out what works for me.

Thanks for the reply jonbinspain. In my case it mostly hurted in the plaque part when pumping to full erection.
