Bizarre Peyronies progression

I've had Peyronies for several years now, but was never too much of an issue until recently where it has progressed significantly as a result of wet dreams - my duvet appears to have applied weight when i'm laid on my back. The pressure of this weight must increase when i ejaculate and my penis presses against the duvet, resulting in trauma. I'm almost certain this is the reason for the progression, but when I look up about it to see if anyone else has had similar situations, I find nothing? is this only me? I don't intentionally lie on my back, I must roll over in my sleep and this is the second time it has happened making everything worse. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I might be able to stop this from happening? I sleep naked, mainly because I worry of restriction in underwear. Does this have anything to do with my problem?
I think the only thing that has stopped me from killing myself is the hope that I'll be able to have a three piece implant in the future. This degree of Peyronies at 18 just seems to crush any prospects of a successful relationship and a family for me. I'll learn to deal with it but then I'll wake up in the middle of the night to more trauma, and I'm struggling to find ways from preventing it from happening again and again.
any contributions appreciated
thanks

sleeping without clothes is a sure way of increasing your chances of fracturing your penis during sleep, by rolling over on your erection. Yes, there are medical papers describing this, especially with loose underwear. As for tight underwear causing progression of the disease........ ... ..... ..  :x

I'll offer my contribution but you might not appreciate it ;-)
A down filled quilt is not near enough weight to cause Peyronies type trauma and is likely why you can't find anything on it. And I would caution you about assuming you have Peyronies disease. You didn't post anything regarding your symptoms, do you have pain, curvature, induced ED, etc. And when did the onset of the symptoms start? And don't jump to the conclusion of needed an implant yet. There are many things to try first.

Take it slow, and don't jump to conclusions. If you want to share or PM any of us old timers on the forum we will be ahppy to offer some advice regarding next steps.

Yes! i noticed on multiple occasions that my peyronies worsened after wet dreams. I use really heavy covers so maybe it was too much pressure?

Perhaps you are physically active during your wet dreams?  It is doubtful that blankets could cause any damage alone.  Are you a belly sleeper?  Your own weight is more than sufficient to cause injury if you become erect while face down and asleep.
