Some feedback on Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Serrapeptase and Nattokinase

I am 57 years old and came down with Peyronies Disease about a year ago.  I have a 45 degree bend to the left along with an angular bend downwards.  The downwards bend disqualifies me for Xiaflex because the doctor said it could damage my urethra.  Frankly, the disqualification was a relief because the injection to bring about an erection, a compass strapped on to my penis to measure the erection and then another injection to get rid of the erection was one of the most uncomfortable, invasive and painful things I've ever been through.

I've been taking 1 to 1.5 grains of Acetyl-L-Carnitine a day which has had the unexpected and welcome side effect of alleviating my chronic depression.  Recently I added 240,000 I.U. of Serrapeptase and last week added 2000 FUs of Nattokinase.  I have to take the Nattokinase apart from the other two because it has a tendency to make me feel anxious.

Erections can be painful at times. I don't have a sex partner so I take the matter into my own hands, so to speak, but even that can be painful and there is a distinct loss of sensation due to all the fibrous collagens that have formed.

I would appreciate some feedback on the combination of these three drugs, all of which I got online from Doctor's Best and any other suggestions on how to deal with this condition.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and I look forward to any feedback or suggestions anyone has to offer.

Personally, I have not tried Serrapeptase or Nattokinase,. I do know, however, that very few of our members have a positive view of these.

ALC, buy it in powder form, it's far cheaper and dissolves easily in water. As does Citrulline Malate, that you should consider adding to your regime.

I would suggest that you ask your Uro for a prescription for Pentox. Also consider adding low dose Cialis and Ubiquinol, depending on your budget.

The ALC may help you with pain.   I would add Ubiquinol to your daily supplements.  100 mg/day minimum.  Some take up to 300mg/day.  I would also consider using a VED.   I can not comment on the enzymes you are taking other than saying  they are expensive and I have never heard of anyone on here saying they did anything.  But they may offer some other health benefits and if you have the money keep trying them.
