How often to measure?

How often should I measure for improvement or worsening? Doing the four measurements advised, base and below head girth, bone pressed stretched flaccid, and angle with protractor (this one is quite good to photograph, as they'll be little variational discrepancies in measuring each time)

I would've thought girth wasn't too significant in showing Peyronie's. In my case haven't seemed to lose any girth yet, lost 1 inch in erect length though, due to the 45 degree left curve. Had Peyronie's 1 to 2 months. Don't tell me you lose flaccid length too.

Found I had to masturbate after last measure session, with all the constant hardest erections, seemed worse to get the sore lower abdomen, blue ballsy feeling, if I had kept the ejaculate in. Possibly not a good idea to do this too often?

Only about to take my fourth pentox 400mg, still on one a day, and about to have my first L-Arginine 500mg.

Thank you for help.

I don't think you should measure too often. In my opinion, measure if you see some visual change only.
It is good you started Pentox, L-Arginine is fine also, I was adding low dose Cialis, CoQ10 and VED.
Regarding flaccid length, yes, you are losing it also, not just erect.
Regarding girth, don't want to scare you, but better take your treatment seriously if you want to remain the same.

Thanks friend, for responding. Advice with wisdom.

Am I right in thinking that there is a category of supplements that is composed of: L-Arginine, Acetyl L-Carnitine, and L-Citrulline Malate?

And CoQ10 is in another category? With Ubiquinol.

And for example, Vitamin E, would be in another category.

I was wondering if you think taking one 150mg CoQ10 every 2 or 3 days wouldn't hurt? (Don't have a great income) Along with the Pentox and L-Arginine, haven't managed to obtain Cialis yet. Just have the worry of trying a bit of something then stopping, and my condition gets worse.

My founds are very limited also. This is one of the reason I quit taking Ubiquinol as it is much more expensive than CoQ10.
Ubiquinol is the refined CoQ10. Our body makes Ubiquinol from CoQ10. The body capability to do that decreasing during the years, for this reason if you are older than 40 better to use Ubiquinol.
In my opinion, is better to take 50-60 mg per day that 150 mg every 2 or 3 days.
L-Citrulline Malate is replacing L-Arginine in the treatment. Don't need both. 2*750 mg is OK, but can take much more. I am taking now 3*750 mg per day, intending to increase the intake when I will get the next supply.
Regarding Acetyl L-Carnitine, I know many on the forum taking it, but you have to be aware about the negative aspects of this supplement.
Vitamin E I would skip as it is not doing nothing to Peyronies, but also don't make any damage. :)
Push your doctor to prescribe you Cialis, tell him you have severe ED. They will not prescribe it to Peyronies, just if they are really specialists in the subject. Cut the 10 mg or the 20 mg in 4. It will reduce your cost by 3/4. If you don't get prescription, write me a PM. Did you got prescribed Pentox?

Hello James, thanks for the continued support.

Is L-Citrulline as good as L-Citrulline Malate?

And what is the difference between Acetyl L-Carnitine and L-Carnitine? You mentioned ALC having negative aspects?

Have the pentox prescription, hopefully will get the Cialis prescription soon, I gather the other ED drugs are not worth taking on a low dose daily intake. Not as effective. But before sex a higher dose of Viagra will work well.

Do you know of anything I can print to show my doctor that low dose Cialis will help my ED and Peyronie's? Seeing him tomorrow.
