Partially Erect Curvature

Recently I noticed that my curvature is significantly worse when partially erect than fully erect. When fully erect there is maybe a ten degree curve but when partially erect maybe thirty degrees. I'm not sure what to make of this, does anyone here have a similar situation?

I would hazard a guess that the "plaque" is not "rigid", and that full erection stretches it.  At this point, I would certainly NOT slack off on any VED or other erection therapy, as it may solidify to the point where full erection cannot stretch it.

That's what I was thinking too kuaka. Hopefully the plaques will stay soft long enough for me to try and stretch them out with ved and traction along with pentox that seems to be the only hope. I'm just going to attack this thing with everything i got and then if i fail i fail but i don't wanna look back and feel like i didn't give it everything i had.

Don't forget to add low dose Cialis to the Pentox, as together they are doing a better job in softening the plaques.

Thanks for the heads up, I need to ask my urologist for the cialis?

james1947

A prescription for Cialis will save you a lot of money.
If no prescription, you can buy it cheap on a web based forum tested pharmacy.

Many here experience the same situation. Has to do with how malleable your plaque is. Think about as your erection starts and your Tunica starts to expand. Where the soft plaque is doesn't expand so fast so you end up with more of curve when partially erect. As more blood flows into your erection creating more pressure then this area is the last to expand.

It is why the experts will measure your curvature once you are fully erect, this is the true curvature measurement.

I have a question if this is the wrong board for it please move it for me  :)

As I have stated my guy does not yet have a curve issue, however I have been thinking about this as I have been reading. He also is unable to get a full erection, it only gets semi firm, so is it possible that he does have a curve that we just have not been able to see? Are you able to know there is a curve in the flaccid state? I wish the Uro apt was sooner than July, so many questions....

If you cannot feel any solid lumps along the length of the shaft when flaccid, it is less likely that there is.  If he exhibits no curvature or hourglass shape or lumps or dips when partially erect, it is also less likely.

ED itself is somewhat unrelated to Peyronies Disease, but tends to go along with it.  Pain has a way of discouraging erection.

No he has very large lumps they can be seen and felt and he does have indentation towards the base of his penis I didn't really notice it but he pointed it out. He has only been dealing with this for about 8 months so is he just getting into the disease that he will start seeing curvature and pain will begin because he has not yet had pain either (so he says)

If your man had no pain until now (8 months you say) good chance he will never have. This was my case also.

So there are cases where No pain is ever involved? Does anyone know why that is?

There are many cases that no pain involved, but it not means that the Peyronies progression will be less.
The only pain I had was when the accident happened, it didn't stop my activity at that time, also it was less than 2 days and not something unbearable.
I didn't treated my Peyronies for 3 years, lost 2&1/2" length, half of the girth, left bend, up banana shape, but never any pain.
Reagrding you question:

The answer is no, no one knows nothing about why regarding Peyronies, it comes in very much shapes and symptoms.

The whole thing with Peyronie's Disease (Peyronies Disease) is that it is scar tissue which interferes with the normal function of the Tunica during erection...causing aberrations...bends, lumps, dents, hourglass pinches, "rings"...  Whatever can cause the scarring is whatever causes Peyronies Disease.  If the reason for the scarring continues, so does the scarring.  Whether or not there is pain associated is entirely dependent on a bunch of different variables.  Sometimes scars in other parts of the body cause pain too.
