Bruised Penis during oral sex after Xiaflex treatment

Hello all! new member but scared to death. Recently had second round of (shots 3&4)  Xiaflex for my Pyronies. I got a little overzealous and jumped the gun a couple days from the recommended two weeks for any sexual activity. I felt great starting no problems bruising had completely gone away from the procedure but during light oral sex i felt a quick sharp pain on the right hand side of my shaft. I was able to continue and orgasm no problem. About an hour afterwards my penis was swollen on the right hand side. Then the following morning bruising started. Now 4 days later my penis and pelvic area are completely bruised. There is no pain only minor pressure feeling around pubic are and base of the penis. I'm hoping all i did was maybe break a blood vessel?? Anyone else experience this? I've called the doctor two days in a row and haven't received a return call. Getting very stressed out.

Go to the dang doctor's office NOW.  It's inexcusable he's not calling you back, but you need to find out if you fractured your penis, which, as you well know, is one of the risks when healing from Xiaflex injection.

No one on the internet can tell you.  Go.  Now.

Hey Vegas_timmay. I hope everything turned out alright. Please let us know if you were able to see your doctor. In situations like that where nobody calls back, I would show up at the doctor's office and demand to see him. They can find a way to squeeze you in for 5 minutes.

Thank you for sharing your scary experience. I will definitely be more careful after my last round of shots in June.  Good luck!
