Hello all. I need to ask your opinion. A year and a few months ago I noticed a curve in my erection one morning. About 9 months later I had developed a second bend next to it. My father has this condition too. Fast forward to today I've met with Dr. Morrey in Dallas and he preformed my surgery a week and a half ago to correct the 40 degree bend. It worked. Yay. The night erections were hard at first and they still hurt now but I'm mostly over it.

My question is this. My erections are firm but the head of my penis is much less firm. Last night when an erection woke me up, I rolled over onto my erection and bent the floppier head backwards onto my erection. :'( All night my member was sore in the place it bent. This morning I notice a small, puffy, blood vein like thing right under the skin. Throughout the day my pain has been constant. I so very worried I'm going to get a new third bend right by the top of the head. I called the Dr. and he's supposed to get back with me anytime now.

I'm so discouraged. I was so happy to be on the other side of this. I don't want to deal with this all over again from the start.

So, does it sound like I'm in for round three, in an even more precarious placement (next to the head)?

The only thing you can do right now is to try to cool down and wait the doctor call.
If the doctor will not be back to you within one day, I am proposing you to call again.
Let us know what the doctor thinks after he will call you.

He got back with me and told me not to worry about it. He said I probably didn't re-injure myself. I'm not so sure though. I have no idea how I developed the first two bends so why would the pain I do notice be nothing. I'll try to stay positive though. He told me that even if I did injure it there's nothing that could be done other than surgery down the line.

I feel tingly and sore down there right now. My skin on the head of my penis hurts against my underwear from friction or something. Like if you've masturbated too hard kind of feeling. Does that sound like Peyronies Disease?

I know is difficult, but you have to wait and see if the doctor is right or not.
By the way, if something really happening, have many other treatment options, not just surgery.
