I am really confused about what approac I should take. I have had this disease for about 3 years now. It was caused by me incorrectly masturbating (I know this for a fact) as I put immense pressure on the base of my penis and it is now caved in where my fingers were placed.

Anyways, the base of my penis is about half the girth of the top half of my penis. Yes, it is as awful as it sounds. The VED helps but honestly, even if I do miraculously get it to a shell of the girth it once was it will STILL be plaque.

I suffer no curvature, I can still have sex, but my penis is weaker and it is harder to get an erection because the blood has to travel through plaque ridden corpus that's half the size of the rest of the penis in order to give me an erection.

Somehow I can still achieve hard erections RARELY. That's if I exercise and eat right, but it is STILL only a shell of what my penis once was. I used to have an extremely thick penis that was 7 inches in length. I now average somewhere around 6, but I also gained wait, eat more poorly now, and do not exercise regularly for 3 years due to depression from the disease.

I am 23 years old.

I guess the point of my point is, what the hell should I do? I'm afraid of continuing VED since I feel I'm just increasing my chances of ED when I'm older. If I get surgery, I want to preserve my natural corpus if possible yet do not want to suffer a decrease in length.

Please help me!

Why in the world would VED usage cause ED later in life!? If anything it will preserve your penile tissue and make your penis harder and fuller when you're an old man. Keep using it and stop with any pain or stinging. Do NOT overpump.

Downward traction may stretch those dents out. I also suffered some similar symptoms as you describe. Just denting basically. After doing traction for years it's basically smoothed out and looks pretty much normal. My penis was also very thick before. Now it's very very close to how it was, but not perfect. If you do downward traction (or any manual traction), do so with extreme care. Please. Further hurting yourself when you already have Peyronie's is devastating.

Take supplements that increase nitric oxide, or try daily cialis, perhaps 5mg every night before bed with some citrulline. Wear loose underwear so you can have nocturnal erections.

Masturbate only once a week, or once every two weeks. Hell, take even longer off. Quit porn permanently.

You want natural erections to be hard as possible, you want no inflammation in your penis. Your penis will remodel itself over the years if you can maintain optimal penile health. Don't give up.

For me improvement has required an entire life style change. To my benefit, the changes in lifestyle (thought hard) payed off and changed my entire psychology.

I do not know for sure that it does cause ED. I am fairly sure that over-pumping can lead to ED as that is what I have read. I know I am not supposed to over-pump, but the dents are so deep in my crotch that I have to pump above the safe threshold in order to stretch that area out.

The other thing I am worried about is the inflammation. Say I do somehow miraculously get my original shape back, will it not still be plaque? My doctor told me the plaque was there for good. He said there may be hope with xiaflex but to not get my hopes up.

Anyways, I'm just trying to be a realist. I have suffered a lot from this but I do have a way healthier mindset now at age 23.

My plaque stretches halfway down my penis all the way to the base. When it hurts, my bowels also hurt. It's so bad it's pretty much like a banana stem. My whole penis is as thick as the banana and the stem is where the plaque is.

Maybe not as bad of a size ratio as that, but pretty close.

Also I wouldn't call mine dents, rather, they're more like complete reduction in circumference of the corpus.

I have been masturbating regularly because I figured the bloodflow was helping. You are right about quitting porn, my erections are not as good due to the frequency.

I will not give up. Thank you a lot for your kind words, NeoV.

However, if there is a surgical option that will give me my original thickness and size, I am very tempted to take it.

Sadly there is no surgery that can restore your old dimensions. Surgery is a last resort and will leave you will a shorter penis and possibly less thick. Each surgeon is different and there is no guarantee of anything. Check out the before and after pics of people on the forum.

I really feel for you. I would kill for my old penis back and I think we all relate on this matter. I recommend again to not masturbate or watch porn and let the penis heal and let your natural arousal guide sexual activity.

Consider all the treatments. Oral, and physical therapy. You can smooth out dents and restore girth with patience. Don't worry about using VED to completely fill out the dents, it's a long haul marathon that takes daily therapy. Use low pressure and follow the VED protocol. Try traction and different angles. Be careful and start taking the supplements and or with the addition of Cialis and Pentox.

Hello TooYoungForTHis (is that a Python class?).
I was wondering if you could describe exactly what you did to manage this to happen?
I am trying to find out what causes corporal fibrosis, and if activity can be  one of the reasons.
It wont be long before men know nearly as much as a  woman.
