I should start planning a funeral for my penis I can't see it being functional too much longer.

I'm 22 years of age and 3 years ago I saw first symptoms for no apparent reason. 2.5 years it remained reasonably constant in erect state. about 30 degree curvature and hour glassing under glans. Latest six months the pain started and is a dull ache every single day. Its not even worth ejaculating anymore it just gets swollen and more painful for days. Semi erect/post ejaculatory state is scary to look at.

I have multiple plaque sites, one running from head to bottom, another one right side under head, another thin one parallel to penis on left and and few rings on the right. Upward curve is probably 40 degrees, the hour glass concerns me the most though.

Treatment:
have tried traction and ved, they just inflame situation.
last six months daily have been taking 4 * pentox(recently upped to 5), arginine, cq10, magnesium, propolis, cialis on and off, fish oil, ibuprofen.
diet is anti imflammatory diet and has always been healthy
I've always been extremely fit, run and gym daily.

Despite all the plaques I could live with the erect penis I'm able to achieve now if i could stop progression. I'm a health nut and have always been so it makes no sense why I got this at this age and continues to get worse.

Have you been officially diagnosed via ultrasound? I know you went to a doctor once but there wasn't mention of ultrasound.
This is an emotionally destructive condition, we all have it, let's be nice to each other.

Haven't put myself through embarrasment of ultrasound yet but planning on doing so soon. There is certainly no question its peyronies one of the plaques is rock hard and relatively thick.

You are very pessimistic crookedshaft, and why embarrassment from an ultrasound? :)
I think you have many options in front of you especially taking in consideration your young age, just have to find a competent and care doctor.

Age 71, Peyronies from Jan 2009 following penis fracture during sex. Severe ED.
Lost 2" length and a lot of girth. Late start, still VED, Cialis & Pentox helped. Prostate surgery 2014.
Got amazing support on the forum

I'm pessimistic/realistic because I have never seen any improvement and not even pentox stopped the pain like it does for so many, but I'm still relatively surprised how well mentally I'm dealing with it. Just got a new girlfriend who will want to be active soon, which stresses me out even more. I will start organising an ultrasound and report back with the damage.

I would suggest that you get yourself to a competent Urologist ASAP. This does sound like a particularly aggressive case of Peyronies and should be investigated without delay.

In the meantime, continue with what you're taking.

I'm so sorry, beyond words.

Traction, supplements, and ultrasound + specialist visit.

At a certain point all questioning of the severity must stop, all conceptualizing, and one must follow basic steps to move forward regardless of certainty. Do what you can, and some day if nothing works, get an implant.

I say that Peyronie's does have a solution, both physically and psychologically, but both solutions require work and action. It aint easy..

This is what is happening to me now at the age of 29.

the more anxious you are the more inflammation you get. You need to find a way to calm down.

Do you remember if you had any stressfull events before your second flare-up? Do you feel anxious now? I

Dude stop sounding like those F^@$!ng retarded urologists. No anxiety causes this. This is a genetical fault. I cant put my penis back to my pants like i have work to do outside but hard flaccid doesnt let me put it. I cant have sex, now i cant walk too. Wtf is this crap. I dont care if it is going to get faulty or broken i am going to get the implant or just kill myself

I agree, neither this nor ED, that its psychological or anxiety is what urologists say to get rid of

The damage anxiety and depression does to our disease is that it can cripple our hope to engage, and persevere, in applying the extended treatment options.  When it gets severe and impacts guys here, I hope we can support them in addressing it which could very well include psychotherapy and meds.

Peyronie is genetic..one can have it even at young age, mine started I was only 29.
Taking the supplements is a good movie but you should have the ultrasound done at least 2 times for years.
Take blackberries or grape seed also.

Myself and many other guys report they symptoms (mainly pain during erections and developing of the plaques) getting worse in the periods of stress and anxiety. This is something I have experienced myself. Managing stress is paramount to stabilise Peyronies Disease. It is not an easy task considered how stressful Peyronies Disease on its own. As I wrote many time Peyronies Disease is very likely to be a manifestation of systemic inflamatory regulation imbalance (as any other dieseas that has major inflammatory component). Moreover I believe that chronic stress initiates the Peyronies Disease onset

I'm 33 and mine has come on very aggressively. My penis was almost perfectly straight until about a year and a half ago when I noticed a slight curve to the left. I noticed two soft lumps one about half way up and one just below the head that wrapped halfway around the glans. I didn't think anything of it until I woke up in pain one morning with a severe upward curve that literally hooks back around and touches my abdomen. The soft lumps hardened and feel like they've almost connected with each other. The shaft has flattened and widened the curve is so severe.  Yesterday I noticed another soft lump forming at the base. I hope the one at the base doesn't harden before I can get to the urologist next Friday. I don't think it can curve anymore.

TonySa

That's great your getting to urologist, hopefully they are knowledgeable re peyronies.

Yeah, I'm anxious to go but also very worried at the same time.

My new last plaque happened because i took weed alcohol and ate a lot afterwards. This is a purely genetic connective tissue disorder for us young ones. Just gotta accept, and move forward. No doctor will actually accept how bad the situation is and they will downplay it. As seen in my case
