Hello all - I'm pretty new to the forum and also new to Peyronie's Disease (first symptoms last August, diagnosed in October). I've had three Verapamil (sp?) injections at the VA in Tucson with no results, so I've begun reading this forum and experimenting with oral stuff.  I also have an appointment with a new urologist on March 18, so we'll see what he says.

For now, I'm taking L-Arginine, Grape Seed Complex, Korean Panax Ginseng. Co Q-10 and Vitamin E ... in addition to my daily multivitamin, Vitamin B12 and Mesalamine for my colitis. Anything else I should add to the cocktail?

I was adding to your treatment Pentox 3*400 mg daily, low dose Cialis and VED.

Age 71, Peyronies from Jan 2009 following penis fracture during sex. Severe ED.
Lost 2" length and a lot of girth. Late start, still VED, Cialis & Pentox helped. Prostate surgery 2014.
Got amazing support on the forum

Thanks James. Is that what you'd suggest for my consultation with the new doctor? By the way, he was recently added to recommended doctors in Arizona, so I hope he's on top of the most recent developments. As a final resort, I would consider Xiaflex, even though it's got mixed reviews on a Xiaflex website.

Yes, I am proposing you to talk with the doctor about Pentox 3*400 mg daily, low dose Cialis and VED.
You may take with you the researches regarding the above from the library.
Regarding Xiaflex, proposing you to read the Xiaflex board of our forum.
Mostly positive/very positive outcome of forum members.
