I am using an Andropeyrone device. Does anyone know the proper way to wear for an upward curve of the penis?

There is no particular for any particular direction of curvature. Follow the instruction on how to wear the device and apply a stretch to your flaccid penis. Take a minimum 10-15 break for every 2 hours you can wear the device.

As LWillisjr says there are no "standards" anyone is aware of with angles of the device. Personally a downward angle and to both sides is the only direction that helped my ventral curvature. Experiment, and be very very cautious.
