Suction penis extenders

I've been using an Andropenis strap device. Problem is it does feel quite uncomfortable after a while and thats not anything to do with it being too tight my glans have never become discoloured, only slightly pale. My foreskin also seems to have pins and needles the next day. What device would you recommend to avoid this? I mean i've been using moisturiser which has made it somewhat do able but still. I haven't every managed to wear it more then 4 hours per day.
Already spent like £150 on the andropenis device though :/ rather not have to splash out on something too expensive.

EDIT:The phallosan forte also says you can wear it when you sleep aswell... i would be able to get in alot more wear time if this is true.
