If someone didn't have a lot of money (some money but not a lot) and couldn't get a rx medicine for peyronies what would the TOP FOUR supplements be for them to take?

I'm assuming it's something like

1.Coq10
2.l-arginine
3.l-carnitine
4. Vitamin e

But i feel like i could be off on one or two of those. Again these need to be things i could buy at a regular store, online, or a healthfood store. I know carnitine is a bit expensive but i'm told it also could definitely be effective against peyronies?

What you need is ALC, not just l-carnitine. I would also recommend Citrulline Malate instead of arginine, it's more bio available. You can buy both in powder form, which is far cheaper than capsules. CoQ10 or Ubiquinol, which again is more bio available. Low dose Cialis can be bought online. Those are the four I would use and could obtain without too much hassle.

I would suggest Pentox, here in Spain it does not require a prescription. In the USA it may well be needed.

Excellent. Thanks! Can you provide some links to the powdered versions or what you use and buy from? Like i said i'm really on a budget. I know cialis isn't cheap. Can't get that. I'm younger so i assume from some other thread i read that my body will be able to utilize coq10 instead of ubuinol just fine. correct?

I see the moderator on here has got his peyronie peenie weenie in a bunch! I didn't violate any rules and you are abusing your power as a moderator!

Additionally james, you provided no helpful info and instead deleted my response and muted me! Terrible mod!

I don't like your attitude and your very not polite way of answering.
You are violating the forum rules I suppose because you are not reading them.
I am here to take care the subject, if you like it or not.

Got amazing support on the forum

You can find most of these on the web. Ebay is as good a start as anywhere. You can compare prices, etc there.

Both ALC and Citrulline Malate are easily dissolvable in water.

Could someone tell me if i just bought the wrong thing? I Decided to get some coq10 as i like what i've been hearing about it.

Problem is i got "rapid release coq10" as it was significantly cheaper at walmart. Does anyone happen to know if it will have the same results? I know no one has studied this to a science here obviously but i'm concerned this won't have the same results as the "studies" as they most likely used regular coq10.

Also, does peyronie's usually cause immediate girth loss only on the affected side? I feel like i'm experiencing that. Despite there being zero pain at all ever.

Jonbinspain

The loss of girth on one side is common. Its caused by the tunica not being able to expand at the point where the plaque is located.

I'm no expert, but I would suspect that sustained release may be preferable. However, the main thing is to get the CoQ10 into your system.

Does the girth loss TYPICALLY happen shortly after an injury or gets more noticeable over time starting off not really there? Also, can some treatments or pills help restore girth at all or is that lost forever? What are the best ones that MIGHT help with this? Please help.

Jonbinspain

If the loss of girth is an indentation - a kind of semi hourglassing effect, then assuming it's caused by Peyronies plaque, the drugs and supplements mentioned below are your best weapons for fighting it. VED will also help with the hourglassing effect.

Jonbin, will the Ved just stretch out the skin that is LEFT or will it cause it to go back to its pre-peyronies girth. Do you see what i'm saying?

Jonbinspain

IMO, VED will do you no further harm, if used correctly.I think that if you want more info re the use of VED, first read the information here on the site. If you still have questions, send a P.M. To Old Man. He's our resident VED expert and can help you more than I can on this subject.

Some people have seen resolution of girth problems with VED, some have not. Mixed reactions to treatments are par for the course with regards to Peyronie's.

Because the fibrotic plaques are on/in the tunica albuginea, which expands during erections, VED assisted erections are thought to be able to stretch the plaques out somewhat. I'm afraid you'll have to accept that for some questions with regards to Peyronie's, solid answers do not yet exist.
This is an emotionally destructive condition, we all have it, let's be nice to each other.
