I know this sounds odd but anyone else get erections that are very hard but very little downward flexibility?  Penis hurts if it's not pointing almost straight up.  Hurts when it's bent forward and usually can't be bent forward?  I'm 3 years in and this problem continues.  Thank you.

Yep, totally. I had a couple of years of worsening erections, poor in quality and frequency. But after a while of taking daily cialis I began to achieve full strength erections again, and f***ing hell it hurt! Moving the penis about more than a few degrees was really painful, but it did improve over time - not completely, but well, that's just Peyronies Disease for you I guess. In my perspective, even a slightly painful erection is better than no erection at all.

Same thing, I must assume it is the less flexible fibrotic tissue causing the feeling.
This is an emotionally destructive condition, we all have it, let's be nice to each other.

This was one of the ways I got diagnosed.  i noticed that during foreplay my wife would switch angles and it would be very painful.  That's when I noticed the plaque and started the journey.

It was un-nerving when I realized what was going on.  Pain is better, but I have learned to cope and communicate with her.so she doesn't cause this during intimacy.
