Hello my fellow warriors,

I am just growing frustrated in general! Nearly 1 year since diagnosis, and I continue to lose girth, length, and shape.
There, just had to get that off my chest.

More specifically, I am having difficulty when using the B and C cylinders in the 26 week protocol.
I only place lube around the rubber gasket at the end of the cylinder, around the base of my shaft and on the shaft to ensure seal,
yet I still am getting the scrotum sucked into the cylinder.

I have tried manually holding the scrotum down, which helps somewhat, but skin still gets sucked in from every side.
I have also tried the smaller rubber gasket included with the Augusta kit, but this is too small and keeps the base
of my penis from expanding normally in the cylinder. Since my plaque is near the base, this is were I figure I need
help the most.

Any input would help. I growing weary of this treatment, yet I believe it can be beneficial if I
can perfect it.

Thanks,

Douglas

Maybe Old Man will have a better advice, but in my opinion you should concentrate on cylinder A only as you have the problem you are mentioned with B and C.

Thank you for the advice James.
I am hopeful that I can figure out B and C, because they fit me better size wise.

Appreciate the reply my friend.

I understand your frustration. This also happens to me and it can be painful to the scrotum, which is why I'm not as consistent with the VED as I should be. Feels more like torture than treatment.

An other way will be using the B and C as I am using the one cylinder VED that I have.
Imagine a small circle (my penis) inside a bigger circle (the VED) when the small circle is tangent to the big circle on the bottom.
It will give a very small place or nothing to the scrotum to be sucked in.
If not clear, I will make a drawing.

James if you could please clarify that further, as I have just started on the B cylinder and having this exact same problem.

xrt:

Question about your procedure: Are you using both of the sizing inserts when doing your VED exercises? You need to get a good tight seal around the base of the shaft to realize the best ''fit'' around the base, etc.

Another thing that might be causing you to not get a good seal is if your pubic hair gets caught up into the mouth of the cylinder. If so, you must trim off the long hair and then shave off the remaining stubble to provide a good clean hair free surface to mate up with the sizing inserts.

If you are too large to fit into both sizing inserts, then you have to use only one, but do your best to use both of them at least on a trial basis to see if this cures your problem.

Send me a PM in good detail about how your are approaching entering the VED for your cycles and any other information that would help me locate what might be your problem. I sent you an earlier PM with suggestions, but never heard back from you.

As Old Man has written, seal is the most important.
I am shaving the area ones a week.
I know many people like the "forest" around, but we don't have too many choices in my opinion.
I don't have problem with shaving, I lived in a country that everybody is shaving/cleaning down bellow, in they opinion is more clean and aesthetic shaved.
Attached also a PDF of my suggestion locating the VED around the penis.
Wish you successful VED usage, amazing tool in my opinion.

Douglas,

It will be beneficial if you can perfect it, I had same problem. I don't put lube on the underside of my penis where my testicles are, altho I put lube on the base of the cylinder. In other words put lube on the cylinder and on your penis, but, when putting Lube on your penis, do not put lube on the underside of your penis where you testiles are.  That worked for me.
