Hello everyone,
I injured my penis 7 weeks ago during a sexual intercourse.My partner was on top and the classic story,it slided out and caused a blunt trauma.I wasn't thinking I will have 7 weeks pain in the beginning but now it's the situation and it's worrying me a lot.It doesn't matter if it's erected or flaccid,I always have pain on the right side,just under glans.Plus I have strange pain which I can call it like burning in the exit of urethra and I feel very sensitive just inside penis hole,on the right part,and sometimes little bit under the edge of glans.Because of this tenderness,I have a feeling like I'm having sex,or touching to that part,and it continues most of the period of the day.After injurement,I rested for 4 weeks without masturbation as well,used antibiotic for 2 weeks.Then I started sexual intercourse and masturbation which isn't very frequent and gentle,but I ended up with premature orgasm in most of the attempts.As I said before,because of that delightful feeling for no reason which I'm getting all the time,I'm having premature orgasm I suppose.
I went to urolog and he made urine test and ultrasound.Urine test was normal,without any bacteria.But in ultrasound,he detected 6 mm sized edema in corpus cavernosum(I went to doctor in 5th day after I realized pain won't go and according to his recipe,I started to use antibiotic for 2 weeks and had rest for 4 weeks).He said hopefully this edema will go away without inflammation or plaque,but I'm really worried about the pain and tenderness,and also burning/itching feeling in the exit of urethra :( I'm following the forum for long time and I'm sure there are many experienced people with many kinds of penile problems.So I'm hoping some answers,advices,informations as I really can't get enough from my doctor.He just says be patient it should pass but I have no idea how long after trauma a possible plaque can show up,how long I should be patient for this injury to heal and so on.I would be appreciaded of any help.
Greetings to everyone from Istanbul.

Nightwolf;

you need to see a urologist, preferably one who is experienced in dealing with Peyronies. Your M.D. does not possess the specialist knowledge to judge, or diagnose whether you are in the early stages of Peyronie's or not.

An examination, and an ultrascan should give you the answer. If it is the onset of Peyronies, the sooner you begin treating it the better.

I will second Jonbinspain.
You should find an urologist with understanding in Peyronies, get an ultrasound and if it is Peyronies, start a treatment as soon as you can.
You have a few good urologists in Ankara and Istanbul as I know, search on they resume regarding Peyronies.

Hello folks
Thanks a lot for your answers,I will definitely go to one of the well known urologists on peyronie's disease in Istanbul,still searching for the correct one with good references.
I hope I'm not going to that way but almost 2 months pain is making me afraid.
