Hi There,

First of all, I want to thank the people who started this forum and that are consistently participating in answering questions, conducting research and providing opinions/advice.

Me:

I 24 years old and currently have a 35 degree ventral (downward) curve. It used to be a 40 degree curve but thanks to this forum, I requested pentox from my doctor and have been on it for a little over a month. Based on the research my doctor provided me, pentox has an average of 40 degrees correction over 6 months for ventral curves for those who have early chronic peyronies. Considering I haven't been diagnosed yet by a peyronies specialist, I don't know if I'm in early chronic or have passed it a long time ago.

I still remember as a kid, when I first got an erection during a shower. It was a solid hard rock, perfectly straight, with the full shaft and glans engorged with a hot pink color penis. Sadly to admit, after that experience, I  regularly masturbated enjoying the sensation I got from reaching orgasm. After a while, I started masturbating dry, under the covers, bending it towards my feet and squeezing it (for orgasm denial) to prevent ejaculation and dirtying my bed. Over the years, I kept masturbating under the covers without actually looking at my penis. Sometimes, after my masturbating sessions, I would feel burning in my glans and it would be painful to urinate. When I woke up with "morning wood" my penis always pointed down and was never 100% erect, just 60-70%. I never thought much about it, thinking that any downward look was due to lack of an erection. Looking back now, I realize that I also over masturbated (2- 7 times a day) which left me with consisted hard flaccid states (even till now).

Now, my penis is bent downward and to the left, my glans dont fill up well anymore, I have some faint blueish areas on my glans. I can't maintain an erection well without stimulation although I still can have natural erection using my test boost routine (eggs, zinc, magnesium, and vitamin D) all at night. That works like a charm.

I'm currently taking pentox (400mg 3x daily), CoQ10 (100mg 3xdaily), Larginine (500mg 3x daily) L cartinine (1000mg 2x daily) and niacine and bromaline.

I used VED and find that my penis fills up nicely to 7.5 inches, but I have gotten some bruising from it so i'm taking a break.

I haven't been able to commit to relationships once i found this out, because I don't want to condemn a woman to a poor sex life, me knowing very well my condition and can avoid a serious relationship.

Anyways, that's my story. I hope that helps some people here and provided enough information for anyone to comment :)

Thanks,

I've replied back. And I wish you best of luck as well!

I don't know if anyone here has a similar situation to mine and is willing to share their experiences

A few things regarding to your treatment:
* Adding a low dose daily Cialis of 5 mg together with Pentox will help reducing the plaque and curvature and will help with ED.
* Daily VED will add an additional help (it may be big help), if used carefully and not over-pump. The bruising you are mentioning from VED are because you have over-pumped. I am advising you to write a PM to Old Man, he is the guru of VED on this forum and will be happy to help.
* Check out your blood pressure as L-Arginine and Cialis are reducing the blood pressure.

Thank you James for the advice,

I have checked my blood pressure, Its at a healthy level according to my doctor. I do work out on a daily bases and I know that would raise the pressure. One thing I dont know is if working out is bad for treating the condition. Because when you work out, it raises the healing process and also redirects blood to the muscles. Would that basically counter the pentox effects? Or at the very least reduce blood flow to the penis?

I am expressing my opinion in this answer:
Working out is healthy if not exaggerated for our body in general. Keeping healthy will help also with Peyronies.
The increased blood flow to the muscles will not counter-effect Pentox. Pentox will help the oxygen supply to the thinnest blood vessels because it make the red blood cells flexible. Same with the penis, it will increase the blood flow.
Personally, I had many benefits from Pentox, not just for Peyronies. Unfortunately after 18 months I had to stop taking it as I was getting severe flue every month. I will go back on Pentox in the future.

ryanchan, this too is my opinion because I know there are others who feel differently. I personally don't feel that masturbation itself is the cause of pyronies, but I seem to see a patttern in masturbatory habits expressed in the forum by some. You indicated that you would bend your fully erect penis toward your feet when you were in bed and squeeze to avoid ejaculation. I think it's when we force our erect penis to bend in ways that go against the way it points in whatever direction it naturally points, that causes the injury, thus the plaque that causes the bend or curve. I used to force my erect penis down towards my feet all the time as I was growing up. I realize now how stupid that was, but back then it was just a customary habit of mine while masturbating or just handling my erect penis. I would alwys press it down to point I could hear a crack or pop, not understanding the damage I was doing. It didn't hurt, so I just kept doing it. Now I have a nice plaque at the base and a left curve as a result.

Again, in my opinion, I don't think it matters if a guy masturbates 100 times a day, it's more how we handle our member that causes the damage - pulling it and forcing it to point of unnatural directions, or at least contrary to our individual form. Would we bend or arm that way that is contrary to how it should be, no be cause the bone would break. Because we don't consider our penis to having a bone that can break, we're still breaking something in the make-up of our shaft that a cast won't help!

Hey Bpman,

Well the bending differently played a role, but I also think that over masturbation also is a key factor. I read online that "hard-flaccid" or "firm-flaccid" is the result of an exhausted nervous system in the penis from over use. As we all know, a hard flaccid makes the probability of injury go up because now you're most likely to bend it in that state.

Speculation:
I don't know if during an erection the blood in the tunica albuginea is reduced and shifted to the sponge cells or not to make the tunica albuginea less oxygenated or not. If it does, then that may be furthering the problem during hard flaccids.
End of speculation:

Whats interesting, is with pentox, it appears that my downward "bend" is slowly being corrected, however, my penis is starting to curve more left (prob. about 10 degrees). Now unlike the "bend" which looks like a sharp turn, the curve is smooth which makes me question whether that was congenital or not  and if in some way the peynoies was pulling my penis back to the right? Either that or I'm getting a peyronies curve to the left. Insight?
